Cumple perfectamente su función. Lo uso para yoga restaurativo.
Tiene un tamaño y firmeza necesaria para yin yoga, etc. A mi personalmente me gustaria un diseño rectangular, un poco mas ancho y menos alto. Pero me ha gustado bastante.
- Lo he usado tanto para práctica pasiva, como para soporte de savasana y me parece un producto fenomenal. -Es muy consistente por lo que no se deforma con el apoyo y sin ser muy pesado. -Me gustarían diseños en colores más alegres y estampados ❤️
Es firme y compacto, además de bonito y agradable al tacto. Para mí es perfecto para diferentes prácticas de yoga.

Bien conçu et avec tissus récupérés. Bon pour l écologie
Très bon bolster pour la pratique du yin yoga, le tissu est agréable, il y a une anse pour le déplacer, je l'utilise aussi pour des étirements longs.

Le remplissage n est pas agréable. Il aurait mieux fallu avoir quelque-chose type bille par exemple
Super bolster, parfait pour le yin yoga
Le système de pressions tout le long du bolster se detache a chaque fois qu’on l’attrape par le côté c’est dommage, un zip serait plus pratique. Sinon c’est un bon rapport qualité prix.
