    Promotion Duration: November 1st, 2021 to November 14th, 2021 

    Promotion Eligibility: This promotion is open to all Decathlon.com customers. It is not applicable for in-store purchases or gift card purchases. Limit one gift card per customer and cannot be combined with any other ongoing offer/promotion/discount. Resellers/pro shops purchases are not eligible.

    Promotion Tiers: During the period of the promotion, customers that reach certain subtotal spend tiers (not including tax & shipping) are eligible to receive a gift card as a thank you for their purchase. The subtotal tiers are:

    • Subtotal spend between $100.00-$149.99 to receive a $10.00 gift card
    • Subtotal spend between $150.00-$249.99 to receive a $20.00 gift card
    • Subtotal spend $250.00 and above to receive a $40.00 gift card

    Gift Card Delivery: Gift cards will be emailed to a customer once their qualifying order has been fulfilled. Customers will know their order is fulfilled once they receive an order shipped email with the subject line “Get ready to gear up! Your Decathlon order (order #) has been shipped”. The gift card will be emailed to the customer at the same email address as the address associated with their qualifying order. Gift cards will be emailed typically within 24-48 hours after their order is fulfilled.

    General Gift Card Details: Please see Decathlon Gift Cards Terms & Conditions. Gift cards can be redeemed both on Decathlon.com or in any of our physical locations. Gift cards have no expiration date. Gift cards can be transferred by the recipient to someone else. Gift cards cannot be refunded for cash equivalent.

    Return Policy: Please see Return Policy. If a customer returns an item from their order and their subtotal moves from one tier to another, the amount of the gift card will be subtracted from the return. For example, orders with a subtotal of $150.00-$249.99 qualify for a $20.00 gift card. If a customer’s subtotal was $160.00, they would receive the $20 gift card. If they then returned an item that brought the subtotal of their original order down to $140.00, they would get their money back for the returned item, minus the $10.00 difference in gift card value. This is because orders with a subtotal of $100.00-$149.99 still qualify for a $10.00 gift card. If a customer returns an item and their subtotal tier stays the same, there will not be any adjustment for the gift card. This policy applies to both online orders returned via the online return process as well as online orders returned in one of our physical locations.
