Return Policy

90 Days to Return Your Products

We stand behind everything we design and sell. If you have changed your mind, need another size or if the product doesn’t meet your expectation, you can return it for a replacement or refund within 90 days of purchase -- with a few exceptions.

All items that you choose to return for a replacement or refund must:

  • Have been purchased on less than 90 days ago
  • Be unused and in new condition, with all tags attached
  • Be in the original packaging 

Exceptions to return policy: 

  • Safety and lifesaving equipment can’t be returned. Safety equipment includes helmets, life jackets, climbing gear and COVID masks.
  • Clearance and final sale items can't be returned
  • Gift cards are not permitted for return

Free return

Check the product page if an item qualify for free return. Most of our clothing and shoes items qualified (except clearance). Large items are not free return, except if mentioned on the product page.

Used Product

Used product (even lightly), dirty product, or product that were damaged due to improper handling/use will not be accepted as a return and returned to you at your cost, donated or destroyed for free

In-Store Purchases 

If you purchased an item(s) in-store and would like to make a return, please visit this page and follow instructions. 

Please note: We do not accept returns on items purchased on sale and during clearance.

Products Purchased From Other Retailers

Purchases from other retailers (,,,, ...) can't be returned to the Decathlon Returns Department. Please refer to the retailer's specific return policy.
