Common Returns Questions

Is it easy to return items?

Once your return is authorized, you'll receive step-by-step instructions and a prepaid shipping label via email if your item(s) qualify for free return. Otherwise, check our return policy.

What items are returnable?

You can return unused items, in new condition, with all tags attached, in the original package for a replacement or refund within 90 days of purchase -- except for safety and lifesaving equipment which can’t be returned after purchase. Safety equipment include helmets, life jackets, climbing gear... check our return policy for more informations.

How soon will I get my refund?

Returns and exchanges are processed 3 to 4 days after your products arrive at our return center. They are then reviewed and we will keep in touch if there is any problem. 

Refunds are done to the original payment method, it takes usually within 48hrs for it to appear.

Can I exchange a product I ordered online?

Yes! You can exchange to a different size or color using the return portal or replace a damaged item, by selecting the exchange option. If you wish to exchange for a different type of product, please purchase the replacement item you desire on the website, and initiate a return for the one you are returning. If you need help ordering another size, don't hesitate to contact us.

What is our Warranty Policy?

Decathlon offers a two-year warranty on all of your products, from the date of purchase. We even offer a lifetime warranty on our bikes frame!
