Answer:
The jacket has elastic cuffs, however it does not have thumb holes.

Product Customer Reviews
Light and good windbreaker, comfortable, does not take up space, excellent for spring and autumn, I love it
Down jacket that keeps you warm and it's not too thick. It protects the neck well.

The jacket is not suitable for difficult weather conditions, and that's why you buy such clothing. It's not particularly warm, so it's not good for cold days. It gets wet and takes a long time to dry, so I don't recommend it for rain either. Mine has colorful zippers, so it's not suitable for discreet insulation under an elegant coat. In addition, feathers fly out, it's hard to wash. What's more, the material turned out to be weak and a hole appeared on the sleeve, although I used it quite carefully. I like Decathlon in general, but I don't recommend this jacket from them.
Satisfactory product
Warm, compact and lightweight
My partner and I are very satisfied with our purchase! This down jacket is versatile, warm and light, can be packed in a backpack, and it looks great. In the end, we wear it all the time, on any occasion. I highly recommend it!
The jacket is nice, almost like in the pictures, but I don't know if it's suitable for wearing a warm sweatshirt or sweater under it - it's quite tight for its size and I'm a S/M person. Additionally, it's thin, I wouldn't dare to trust it and wear it as a transitional item. I returned it immediately.

How warm is this padded jacket?
This padded jacket, worn as a 3rd layer, has been certified for an active comfort temperature of -5°C during a standardised test in a thermal chamber. The model is wearing a synthetic long-sleeved T-shirt and a light fleece underneath. It works with a simulated 5 km/h wind. We have also tested this model in static mode. The comfort temperature is +5°C in this case.
The advantages of a duck down and feather filling
The filling power of down has 3 advantages for mountain sports: - Thermal insulation thanks to the air trapped in the down and feathers.- Ultra-lightweight: down is lighter than synthetic wadding while offering the same degree of warmth. This saves even more weight in your backpack.- Ultra-compressible.
Inflating power of down/feather filling
The fill power is a measure of the down's thermal insulation capacity and its potential to ”trap” air. It is expressed in CUIN (cubic inches). Down with a higher fill power (higher CUIN number) will occupy more space, trap more air and provide greater thermal insulation. For this down jacket with its 85% down and 15% feathers filling, the fill power is guaranteed to be 800 CUIN or more (international standard).
What does the rds certification mean?
RDS or “Responsible Down Standard” is a worldwide certification issued by an independent organisation to volunteer brands. This standard enables us to guarantee the origin of the feathers in accordance with our commitment to use responsible materials. Our suppliers commit to using only feathers from geese and ducks raised for their meat and slaughtered before down and feathers are collected.
Water-repellent property of component (not to be confused with waterproofing)
The water repellent property of a fabric is its ability to make water run off its surface without absorbing it. This prevents the fabric from swelling, and keeps it lightweight and warm. The fabric of this down jacket is water repellent, however, we recommend that you wear a waterproof jacket over it in the rain. The fabric is made water-repellent by treating (PFC-free) its outer surface, however this property may deteriorate with use. We recommend that you restore it after each wash.
How to care for a down jacket?
The down jacket can be worn throughout the winter and will certainly need to be washed. But the less you wash it, the more it will retain its thermal insulation and water repellency. Our advice: 1/Machine wash with a detergent suitable for down or technical garments, at 30°, with 2 or 3 tennis balls. Gentle spin cycle. 2/ tumble dry with 2 or 3 tennis balls, and repeat 2 or 3 times until it is completely dry.
How to restore the water-repellent properties?
Once you have cleaned your padded jacket, we recommend you use a water-repellent reactivator spray to preserve the hydrophobic properties of the outer fabric. This renews the fabric’s water repellent properties and optimises its performance throughout the lifespan of your garment.
A snag? this is how to repair your down jacket
A tear on a padded jacket can happen when trekking! The good news is that it can be repaired with a repair patch so the tear doesn’t get any bigger and the feathers escape. Don't you feel at ease carrying out this repair yourself? Don't worry! Some in-store Decathlon workshops offer a repair service to mend your padded jacket using a heat-bonded patch.

Product testing
All our down jackets are laboratory tested in 5 km/h winds and worn as a 3rd layer on a thermal mannequin (over a long sleeved T-shirt and fleece). Their level of thermal insulation is measured on a scale of 1 to 5, so that you can make the choice that best suits your use.
