Helmet

You get what you paid for, perhaps I purchased the wrong helmet. It just doesn’t fit right.

Great helmet for the price

Super comfortable and easy to adjust.

Small & Shallow

Cool looking helmet. Sizing is not true to the big brands so although Medium Giro is a little big - medium VR was too small. Also, helmet is extremely shallow so the profile does not really protect if you hit the side of your head as well as my Giro that comes down closer to the ear. Could be the size but looks to be more the design

Buyer beware

Buyer beware on this helmet. Not only is this helmet terribly designed and provides no coverage to the side or back of head but decathalon won’t let you return it even unused. It sits on top of the head like a dinner plate. It also does not match the pictures provided on the website. The straps are not the same as pictured. They show a premium version of a bike helmet strap that is designed to sit flat, but that is not what you get. The only silver lining is that I got this on sale and only wasted $50.

In-mold molding technology and eps

The In-Mold molding technology used in manufacturing this helmet makes it possible to mold the external polycarbonate shell during the expansible polystyrene (EPS) injection stage. This results in a structure that is much stiffer, very durable, and extremely light. The inner EPS structure absorbs the energy generated during an impact so that it is not transmitted to the skull, while the stiff external shell provides the helmet with longer-lasting durability.

Storage instructions

Keep away from UV rays (direct sunlight exposure) to avoid premature deterioration of the helmet.Do not expose to high temperatures (140°F max.); store in a dry place.
