Product Customer Reviews
Excellent value for money, a well featured bag that can compete with bags twice the price. I have now tested this bag thoroughly, the helmet bungee, ice axe attachments and ability to unzip the back panel completely are all very functional and useful features. This bag lets itself down in its comfort. In favour of weight saving they made the chest and hip straps too thin. The hip strap doesn't distribute the weight as well as it could and cuts in a bit, not helped by the hip pads also being smaller than I would like. The back panel is also quite flimsy so be careful how you pack it to avoid anything digging into your back. All that being said, the features of this bag are excellent and is mostly well thought out.
Without further testing, it is a perfectly designed backpack in terms of compartments and capacity.
I thought well
Nothing to say about the use I have of it. Does the job and seems to last over time.
Excellent bag with a multitude of uses and anchoring options. A truly rare and highly appreciated versatility. BUT, during the second outing with a 1000m carry, the touring skis cut into the sides of the bag... The boots were inside and caused friction on the ski edges, resulting in cuts on the bag... I therefore recommend placing the skis across the bag (see website presentation photos for possible features).
To be honest, I'm not the greatest mountaineer. I really enjoy walking and cycling. I fell in love with this bag mainly for its design and adaptability. I also use it for my long work days ending with training on my soccer field; its generous capacity allows me to carry everything without compromise! I recommend it.
Plastic buckles break very easily in the cold. They are made of plastic that is not suitable for freezing.
Good size, it just fits into the allowed carry-on baggage allowance (if you don't overstuff it). The large back opening is very practical. It feels sturdy, not a single mark after a week on rocks, and the zippers slide well (hopefully they last). Thanks to the top with large pockets, it's quite versatile, unlike more minimalist alpine bags. And it's quite comfortable to wear for an approach hike with around ten kg. One small improvement for me: the main opening could be a little wider, to make it easier to slide things inside (rope or equipment bag), but overall I'm very satisfied with it.
A great backpack with everything you need! The back opening is an absolute highlight, and I can't imagine life without it. I've used it on freeride tours so far, and on high-altitude tours in the summer, with everything covered in one, really great.
Quite heavy backpack, very average quality: small, weak straps, small closures, zipper for access through the back that comes off... Really bad comfort, bad balance, and ultra thin waist strap... I do not recommend
light narrow and lots of storage. Straps to fix just about everything. ideal size for an average build like me 1m78 72kg
Satisfied but not delighted. Lots of little tips and accessories, useful for the gear. But I would have appreciated a more comfortable carrying (adjustable shoulder straps, comfortable belt) for the approach marches...
Very practical and cleverly designed (access to the sc via the back)
The backpack is not particularly breathable, but it stands out for its convenient zippered opening on the back. I chose it mainly to carry my photographic equipment during trekking, appreciating the convenience of being able to quickly access the lenses without having to completely empty the backpack every time.
Comfortable backpack to carry and very versatile for use. Excellent as a backpack for long treks or crossings, long mountaineering routes, skiing, snowshoes, ...
