It's great but not for winter months kinda of chills. It's great however when I was caught in the rain in Hakodate and it was cold. It kept my hands from freezing. It probably needs a base layer glove to be winterproof.
Good glove when it's not too cold, used as a second pair
I bought these for a winter trip to central Europe (Alsace) and they did a great job of keeping my hands warm. The wrist strap is very handy when you're constantly putting the glove on and off. The touch screen for the phone works perfectly on a Samsung screen. They are very comfortable and light. I never felt cold, well, I did when I took them off.

For this money I expected much more. I got them for the sole purpose of keeping me out of the wind during the colder months (as I cycle/scooter) - it didn't do the trick, and that's what they're supposedly designed for. Warm and comfortable, but too bulky and thick on the fingers.
I love them. When I go for a walk in the countryside I always wear them.

How is usage temperature measured?
All our gloves are laboratory tested on a thermal hand. The minimum temperatures for use (recommended and limit) are the result of a study carried out with a test panel of 23 walkers exposed to temperatures ranging from 41°F (5°C) to 4°F (-20°C) and 6 mph (10 km/h) winds. These temperatures are only valid in walking conditions. The MT900 windproof gloves have a warmth rating of 3 out of 5. Recommended temperature: 23°F (-5°C) Limit temperature: 14°F (-10°C).
How to properly protect your hands from the cold
In the same way you wear several layers of clothing when trekking, you can wear liner gloves under your gloves, which will act as a thermal base layer. This multi-layer system lets several layers of air to form around your hands, efficiently insulating them from the cold! Remember to wear large enough gloves to keep your fingers from being constricted. Compression reduces blood circulation in the fingers.
