Ideal for slipping into your sleeping bag
Tried it a few nights in the summer. It's not very comfortable, and it doesn't have great thermal insulation. For the price it's pretty good.
expensive doesn't work
If the temperature does not drop below -5 degrees, this mattress is only good.
It did its job, but I paid too much for what I wanted. It's possible that an inferior model will do the same job for you.
A little noisy when moving at night
Great mattress to carry in your backpack for long treks or tent trips. It is lightweight and compact.

How to choose the size of your mt500 mattress
This model is available in L and XL version. The difference between the 2 sizes on the length (180 cm for the L; 195 Cm for the XL) and width (52 cm for size L; 60 cm for the XL).To choose the mattress that best suits you, you must consider your stature, but not just that. Your preference and/or your preference for space around your shoulders should also be considered. So, even if you are 1.75 cm, you will prefer the XL!

The R-Value is a measure of the thermal insulation. It measures the ability of a mattress to retain or prevent heat from escaping from a warm body (human body) to a cold floor.The higher the R-Value, the better the insulation of the mattress.Please note that the R-Values can be added; this means that you can use two mattresses and add their R-Values.All our mattresses are tested to standard ASTM F3340-18.
