I bought this jacket just as an extra option while browsing in store one day and it caught my eye. It's very comfy and fairly warm even when not very active. I have worn this with a long sleeve baselayer top also from decathlon on a couple of chilly early morning walks now and it's been very comfortable. In my opinion it's quite a bargain. I have a similar (but synthetic filled) jacket by another make that cost me twice this and in my opinion this is as good if not better. It has a very lightweight and comfortable feel to it when wearing. I've given it 5 stars as value wise i think its great.
Great lightweight jacket but very warm
While purchasing this product sales man told me that we can withstand upto -5 degrees with this jacket, now i can’t go outside even temperature 10 degree, I’m very unsatisfied with this product

I have bought this with anticipation that this will atleast survive in -2 degree but surprisingly it couldn't survived in 1 degree as well Very bad experience that u have bought another jacket from Moscow
Thank you for taking out time to give your valuable feedback. We are sorry that you were not satisfied with the product. Trek 100 down jacket is designed for trekkers going for mountain trekking with full layering, Warm Base Layer, Mid Layer, Warm Cap, Glove. If you are traveling (not in active condition) and are not trekking (in a certain pace to generate body heat) You might have to choose a jacket which is more warmer.
I hope the information was helpful, Kindly write back to me in case of any further query.

I loved it so much that I have both the colours. A real ultralight down jacket. Very warm. Use it over just one layer in Kashmir's winter. I use to for outdoors as well as office. Simple loved it. Wish it had more colours so that I could have one for each day of the week ❤️
Fantastic product love it. Delivery on time.
Excellent jacket for the price, nice and warm.
Feathers from the jacket come out and stick to the T-shirt wore inside the jacket
Thank you for your valuable feedback. Trek 100 down jacket contains duck down feathers inside to make the jacket warm and lightweight while trekking and the down feathers has tendency of coming out of even the small wholes and in your case some feathers must be coming out of the stitching and It is not a defect but the common issue in any down jacket unless the seams are replaced with thermabond which we have in our Trek 900 Jacket.
And this doesn't mean that the jacket will be ruined because of the loss of feathers from the jacket as it is in very very less and is not continuous.
However if the jacket is loosing substantial amount of feathers, please feel free to reach out to your nearest Decathlon Store and have the product exchanged/refunded.
I hope the information was helpful. Kindly write back to me in case of any further issues.

The jacket looks good. The quality could’ve been better, All the threads and feather like particles started to come out just next day. This jacket keeps you very warm and it is water repellent.
I like 2 things about this jacket beside that the pricing is very reasonable. 1: Its very warm 2: It is so light to wear and also to carry in your bag.
This jacket has been a real help in my last year Trek in the month of November , First thing : it is compact and light weight which is of great comfort for any trekker to carry light weight , This jacket was very helpful as it went up to -5 degree :) I recommend this jacket .
I'd avoided this jacket assuming the down to be live plucked but having discovered that it is certified and traceable, I struggle to see how Decathlon do this at this price. Down fill rating and construction can't be criticised either. A little heavier than the big names, but probably more durable as a result. Not that you need to worry too much as at one sixth of the cost, you can easily afford to replace it, hell, I think I'll but a spare and still have funds for other gear.
Some sort of cotton pieces comes out automatically From fine holes of jacket... I think it is damage but lost revisits so can’t exchange
I had ordered this product on 04.01.2020 and the product was home delivered by Decathlon on 05.01.2020 i.e. within 24 hours of the placement of the order. That's appreciable speed! The jacket is very lightweight and very warm. I have used it on only two layers i.e. inner and shirt and the warmth is excellent. Even while riding motorcycle, I did not, even for a second, felt cold or windy. Worth the price! Thank you Decathlon!!

This down jacket, worn as a 3rd layer, has been certified for an active comfort temperature of 23°F during a standardized test in a thermal chamber. The model is wearing a synthetic long-sleeved T-shirt and a light fleece underneath. It works with a simulated 3 mph wind. We have also tested this model in "static" mode; the comfort temperature is 41°F in this case.
The filling power of down has 3 advantages for mountain sports: - Thermal insulation thanks to the air trapped in the down and feathers - Ultra lightweight: down is lighter than synthetic padding while offering the same degree of warmth. This saves even more weight in your backpack - Ultra-compressible
The fill power is a measure of the down's thermal insulation capacity and its potential to "trap" air. It is expressed in CUIN (cubic inches). So, down with a higher fill power (higher CUIN number) will occupy more space, trap more air and provide greater thermal insulation. For this down jacket with its 85% down/15% feathers filling, the fill power is guaranteed to be 800 CUIN or more (European standard).
Thanks to our traceability system, we can guarantee the origin of the feathers in accordance with our commitment to use responsible materials. Our suppliers commit to using only feathers from ducks raised for their meat and plucked after slaughter. We have been awarded RDS certification (Responsible Down Standard) by a third-party organization. http://developpement-durable.decathlon.com/documents-et-rapports/documents/

The down jacket can be worn throughout the winter and will certainly need to be washed. Follow our guidance by clicking on the link below: https://www.forclaz.co.uk/advice-alias/how-should-i-look-after-my-down-jacket-tp_2579 In brief: 1/ machine wash, 86°, with 2 or 3 tennis balls. Gentle spin cycle. 2/ tumble dry with 2 or 3 tennis balls, repeat 2 or 3 times until it is completely dry
The material of the down jacket is water-repellent. It lets drops of water roll off the fabric, delaying water getting in the jacket and giving you time to find shelter. We nevertheless recommend wearing a waterproof jacket over the down jacket in the event of prolonged exposure to the rain.
The water-repellent property of a fabric is its capacity to make water run off its surface without absorbing it. As a result, the fabric does not soak up water and stays light and warm. The fabric is made water-repellent by treating its outer surface; however, this property may deteriorate with use. We recommend that you restore it after each wash.
The water-repellent treatment becomes less effective with time, washing and use. Here is how to restore the water-repellent properties of your down jacket! https://www.quechua.co.uk/advice/how-do-you-restore-water-repellent-properties-your-jacket-a_86426 You can also use the care product: Treatment restoring water-repellent properties https://www.decathlon.fr/eco-wash-in-proof-250-ml-id_8408883.html
