Neck warmer. Good product holds well.
I use it myself, I bought it for my son as well. It keeps his neck warm and it's very nice that it's thin.
They are all great, but there is a difference between the actual color and the picture. It is not as beautiful as the picture.
I use it around my neck and sometimes under my helmet while driving an ATV, I recommend it...
