I bought it to use as a "personal item" on airplanes and just travel with this backpack. I thought it was small at first, but it makes good use of the space. The side pocket for the water bottle will only work with bottles up to 600ml, the cell phone pocket on the strap works well, I thought it was just an "attractive" that wouldn't work well, but it does. The interior finish of the front bag leaves something to be desired, but in the end it's just aesthetics. What I liked the most are some "straps" that it has on the straps to hang, I'm not sure if that's their function, but when you pull them you release tension on your back and it becomes less heavy to wait with the backpack on your back in airport lines.
All the compartments are really well thought out. I use it as hand luggage when I travel by plane.

I bought this backpack for college because I needed something that had a back that was rigid enough to allow me to carry things around with ease, and this backpack does just that.
Purchased as a laptop backpack for work, I am very satisfied with it. The space for a 15" laptop is perfect as are the compartments available, all with minimal external bulk. Very satisfied.
I have been using this backpack for 2 years and I am very happy with it. I bought it for flights with airlines that charge for carry-on luggage. It has almost the same capacity as a cabin suitcase. It is comfortable, has many compartments and I like that the bottom is lined so I can leave it on the floor. I have made trips of more than a week with just this backpack. I recommend it.

For the price it should have more space. The compartments are very small. Good option to carry the laptop and its accessories.
Bag that I can't stand on my back regardless of the adjustment of the straps. Sometimes I have discomfort below the neck, sometimes it's more in the lower back. Not used to the thickness in the back. I also wonder about the material used for the ventilation of the back and the straps. I'm afraid that with the friction it will damage the fabric of the clothes... As for the capacity, big disappointment to put everything I need. It's a bag that I thought I would use for urban use given its go-anywhere design. But for which I needed to put pc, files, everyday things (laptop, etc.) and change of clothes, kit, for 2-day trips that will be regular at the end of the year. Impossible to have enough space to put everything. I plan to bring it back. The only positive points are the number of compartments, the go-anywhere design, the softness of the fabric at the front, and the choice of colors. No opinion on the solidity, it would be necessary to see in use. But in appearance seems solid. Last negative point, remark which applies to a large part of the backpacks and Decathlon suitcases, it would be more relevant to provide a water-repellent material for urban use or hiking. Protective covers to buy in addition, it is not normal. This adds constraint for the customer who must think of having a cover in addition to his belongings. It is not suitable.

How is volume measured?
The volume of each backpack is measured using a standard method: we fill the main compartment, as well as each pocket, with little balls. Then, we empty these balls into a graduated container, which gives the equivalent volume in litres.The main bag’s volume capacity is 23 L. We have measured the volume with the 2 water bottle outer side pockets, its total capacity reaches 25 L.

Waterproofing
The components of the bag are water-repellent so that you can temporarily continue walking/hiking in light rain. Caution: this backpack is not watertight/waterproof and it does not have a rain cover. If you want to continue walking/hiking in the rain and protect your belongings, we recommend the following model: “20 to 40 L rain cover”, which can be viewed on our website, item reference 8734213.
Outer dimensions
Height : 46 cm | Width: 28 cm | Thickness: 22cm. This bag can be used as cabin baggage for a plane trip as its dimensions meet airline (IATA) requirements. We recommend that you contact your airline for details of the size and weight restrictions on cabin baggage.
Tested for optimal durability
To ensure the bag is strong enough, we conduct laboratory tests on the components and seams, which replicate the long-term wear and tear that the backpack will endure.For example, for a fabric, we test the resistance to abrasion and tearing, the colour fastness when exposed to UV light and washing, and the waterproofing. We use these tests to guarantee the bags for a period of 10 years from the date of purchase on the receipt.
How to adjust your backpack?
- Loosen all the straps, shoulder, stomach and chest,- Put the bag on,- Buckle the chest strap, adjust the height and width,- Tighten the shoulder straps (top to bottom),- Adjust as needed.It’s adjusted!
How to fill your backpack?
Put your heavy items in the bottom and the laptop, picnic items for example in the intended places. Pack your clothes around these items;- Place small items for daily use (phone, sun cream, map, glasses, keys, wallet, etc.) in the pockets ;- Water bottle(s) will go in the outer side pockets intended for this purpose.

Our design team imagines, creates and designs the Quechua products at the foot of the Mont Blanc, in France. We test them in the field with other hikers to make sure that they are comfortable and durable. This backpack has been tested and improved by hikers in different climatic conditions and different environments.
