The previous version was much better. This product is too small for a full 20L backpack, it does not cover the whole surface well and the elastic band is too tight

Perfect. Very useful cover in case of rain and allows you to be seen. A must-have!
I haven't tested the cover in the rain yet, so it's hard to assess its water resistance, but it looks solid, the elastic band fits tightly to the backpack, it's easy to put on, it's neat - perfect for my 20L backpack (even when it's stuffed). It's easy to slide into this pocket and doesn't take up much space. The only downside is that the hook for hanging it is sort of at the bottom, and not where the pocket is, because I'm afraid it might fall out if I attach it with a snap hook to the outside of the backpack.
