I was looking for a fleece that would keep me warm and not be too expensive and I hit the nail on the head. I bought it on a good deal.
I was expecting a different quality of the product, but this is it
The product photos are a bit misleading. Yes, you can go outside in the 'freezing cold', but this is only fleece, so it will blow right through. In terms of insulation, it is great and can go in the 'freezing cold', but then you still need a windstopper. This is the warmest fleece vest I have ever owned. Not suitable for indoor use, even if you turn the heating down very low (14/15 degrees) you will sweat in this vest.
I got it on sale and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the fleece, medium weight and durable materials.
Very good material. Protects very well from the cold and wind. So effective, that it's the 2nd one I buy.

Does merino wool stay warm?
On the same principle as animal fur or animals, the brushed interior of this fleece preserves the heat effectively by trapping air. The cuffs to keep cold air out and keep you warm during your outdoor activities.
Why is the fleece so hot?
Fleece fabric with synthetic fibres to reproduce the performance of wool: warmth, thermal insulation yet still lightweight. It is soft, comfortable, dries quickly and lets the skin to breathe.
Soft yet fragile fabric
To guarantee their quality, our products undergo rigorous tests. We check their resistance to pilling, discolouration and repeated washing. The resistance to wear is measured using the Martindale test that compensates a sample of fabric to a repeated friction.
A lightweight, practical fleece
The cut and stretch fabric of this fleece provide the freedom of movement you need when hiking on snow. Its zip pockets keep your essentials, while the warm hood makes it perfect for cold weather.
Dress properly for snow hiking
To face winter, follow the 3-layer principle: 1) Technical and breathable base layer. 2) Pullover or fleece for warmth and moisture transfer. 3) Jacket for protection against bad weather. Make sure the outfit is breathable to evacuate humidity.
How to clean the fleece?
Machine wash your fleece without damaging it, choose a 40° programme max. Put it inside out and check that all pockets are closed. Don't go over 1000 times/min for spin to protect the fabric. Do not tumble dry.
Product testing
We carry out 2 types of thermal testing: Fleece material and thermal mannequin in a thermal chamber.These tests reproduce the mountain conditions (wind, humidity, temperature) that you can encounter. They allow us to validate our design and adjust the thermal insulation.
Storage instructions
