To return a shipped order, visit our Returns page and enter your email address.
We will send you a refund confirmation.
Next, print out a shipping label.
Place your item(s) in shipping bag or box.
Tape the label to the outside.
Bring your package to any UPS store.
We’ll refund your purchase when we will receive your package.
If you are near San Francisco, come to our store and return your product in person.
In-store purchases must be returned to the store.
