Combining comfort and practicality, it is the perfect ally for medium and long outings, washes easily and dries very quickly.
Very light bag. Very useful for short and medium outings. Just the compartments for the water bottles which are a little too small and not easy to put the water bottles in but it works.

The bag is practical, comfortable for running but the water has a strong plastic taste, even after cleaning the water bag several times
I recommend it! I use it for my long outings and it's always a pleasure to have it with me on my runs.

I use this bag for both trail running and road running, and I find it perfect for my use. It is well designed, with easy access pockets and has a good capacity. Despite repeated and prolonged use, the bag has not moved!
I bought the backpack as a gift for my 14-year-old son. It was a bull's eye! It's light, has compartments for a phone, tissues, etc. And that water container! It works great. I recommend it!

Apers good but when use during trial / marathon Run is little bit uncomfortable and as such do not give value for money.

How to properly load up your trail running bag
Back:- Rear pocket reserved for a full water bladder.- A secure rear pocket for your keys and survival blanket.- Place your waterproofs in the rear pocket before putting the bag on your back.- Tighten and adjust your bag. - A kangaroo pocket for your windbreaker. Front: - Upper pockets for 250ml bottles if required.A pocket for gels on the right and a zipped pocket for your phone

An emergency whistle and water bladder are compulsory for trail running. So, to make preparation easier, they are already included in your 5 L bag!The 110-decibel emergency whistle is in the front breast pocket, within easy reach.The new water bladder has a volume of 1 L, which provides two hours of running time between drink stations.
How to manage your water bladder
Your water bladder has a volume of 1 L and dimensions of 30 x 16 cm. Its tube equipped with a bite valve is 100 cm long so that it can be adapted to all body sizes.What is less well known is that you can easily cut the tube to the length that suits you for even more running comfort!Fill the bladder with water between - 20 and + 40 °C. No milk or alcohol. Not microwave safe.
