Meets my expectations
Very good trail backpack, with good fit. Little or no breathability, definitely better for summer use. The included water reserve is excellent and functional. The various pockets present are very good.
The bag is comfortable, allows you to go on long outings with all the necessary equipment. The adjustment allows you to adapt as well as possible and avoid friction.
Very practical trail bag with several well-arranged and accessible compartments. The very useful water pocket and 5L were enough for my outings up to 30 km. Great support thanks to the straps.

Very practical for running while carrying only the bare minimum without forgetting water (in a camelbag)
Great backpack. I carry it on long hikes of 40-60 km. It's comfortable. And it fits quite a lot of things. I'm thinking about buying a 15 liter one. I was afraid it would tear, for example, on the corners of the gel, etc., but it's holding up so far. Only the waterproof layer in the mobile phone pocket ripped off almost immediately after buying it, but I didn't mind it.
Lightweight, allows you to carry flasks at the front as well as a one-liter water pocket, a windbreaker and 2-3 bits and pieces, all while being stable and comfortable.

How to properly load up your trail running bag
Back:- Rear pocket reserved for a full water bladder.- A secure rear pocket for your keys and survival blanket.- Place your waterproofs in the rear pocket before putting the bag on your back.- Tighten and adjust your bag. - A kangaroo pocket for your windbreaker. Front: - Upper pockets for 250ml bottles if required.A pocket for gels on the right and a zipped pocket for your phone
Some information on the rescue whistle and water bladder:
An emergency whistle and water bladder are compulsory for trail running. So, to make preparation easier, they are already included in your 5 L bag!The 110-decibel emergency whistle is in the front breast pocket, within easy reach.The new water bladder has a volume of 1 L, which provides two hours of running time between drink stations.
How to manage your water bladder
Your water bladder has a volume of 1 L and dimensions of 30 x 16 cm. Its tube equipped with a bite valve is 100 cm long so that it can be adapted to all body sizes.What is less well known is that you can easily cut the tube to the length that suits you for even more running comfort!Fill the bladder with water between - 20 and + 40 °C. No milk or alcohol. Not microwave safe.
