Practical for camping weekends
It is very good in terms of transportation. It does not cause any problems in terms of heat insulation unless it is very cold. Folding and packaging are also very useful.

Used for bivy and camping. Holds up. very comfortable. low R value so only a summer sleeping matt but v useful.
These types of mats are usually expensive, but very useful. I have only used it in a shelter, so I don't know how it behaves in the cold. It takes a bit of effort to inflate it since you have to do it with your lungs. I am 1.80m tall and it fits me perfectly.

The difference between the 2 sizes on the length (180 cm for the L; 195 Cm for the XL) and width (52 cm for size L; 60 cm for the XL).To choose the mattress that best suits you, you must consider your stature, but not just that. Your preference and/or your preference for space around your shoulders should also be considered. So, even if you are 1.75 cm, you will prefer the XL!
