very good mattress
Good mattress, easy to inflate and fold away
Good mat for occasional multi-day hikes. Thickness is good enough for sleeping comfort. Makes little noise when moving. An improvement would be, anti-slip at the bottom of the mat so that it does not shift at night. However, the lifespan is limited. I had to return the mat 3 times in a period of 2 years because there was a leak at the inflatable part or between the grooves. Taking into account that the mat was always inflated on a clean surface. All in all, the price - quality is ok.
Light, small, practical and comfortable.
A great product for those looking for a mattress for summer trips.
I bought this mattress mainly for its portability, which in my opinion is excellent, and I was surprised by its comfort and ease of use!
Lightweight, compact, easy to inflate. Great for bivouacking or trekking!
The design could be a bit more subtle, otherwise great product. I haven't been able to test the cold insulation yet.
Very good for backpacking because of its reasonable weight and small transport size. The long tubes provide a more comfortable sleeping surface than diamond-shaped mattresses. Not tried in a cold environment yet, but no feeling of humidity.
I took it with me when I went camping, but unfortunately I couldn't fall asleep or sleep through the night, and kept waking up with back pain. A total flop.
Great mattress, compact size, low weight, tested on several trips around Poland.
We bought two, one deflated by itself (was changed without too much difficulty, we still had to insist), the other did not and proved relatively comfortable during our 12 nights of bivouac. For thermal insulation I use a survival blanket that I put under the mattress

Good value for money
Too bad the cover is not designed to act as an inflation pump bag, that would avoid putting humid air in the mattress. Decathlon offers one, but it has been out of stock for weeks.

How to choose the size of your mt500 mattress
This model is available in L and XL version. The difference between the 2 sizes on the length (180 cm for the L; 195 Cm for the XL) and width (52 cm for size L; 60 cm for the XL).To choose the mattress that best suits you, you must consider your stature, but not just that. Your preference and/or your preference for space around your shoulders should also be considered. So, even if you are 1.75 cm, you will prefer the XL!
Tips for sleeping well on your mattress
Once you are lying down, remember to adjust the inflation pressure of the mattress by slightly pressing the IN valve (open cap). A mattress that is too hard is often synonymous with discomfort.Silicone patches on the top of the mattress are designed to reduce the sliding of your sleeping bag on the mattress.

The R-Value is a measure of the thermal insulation. It measures the ability of a mattress to retain or prevent heat from escaping from a warm body (human body) to a cold floor.The higher the R-Value, the better the insulation of the mattress.Please note that the R-Values can be added; this means that you can use two mattresses and add their R-Values.All our mattresses are tested to standard ASTM F3340-18.
