Light and efficient mattress.
I bought this mattress and was very happy with it.
Friends, the product is summer, first of all, know this. You can use it until mid-November in TR conditions. You should definitely put a foam mat underneath, even if it is thin, otherwise your mat may burst. As someone who uses many well-known brands' mats used in mountaineering, the only thing I can say is that it is really an F/P product. Many friends have complained about the mat slipping from under you, but this is because they inflated the mat too much. If you inflate the mat less, it will not slip.
RAS
Good investment for regular campers, light weight, compact and fairly easy to inflate/deflate. A price that is worth paying in my opinion as long as I am not surprised to see it puncture too soon! I have had this one for over 6 months with almost weekly use on average -> it has changed my nights in a tent!
Perfect for all my treks (2000-3500m)
I always keep it with me in my outdoor activities due to its structure. Its use is very satisfactory for me. Its material quality is also quite sufficient. After all, since it is an inflatable product, consider your expectations accordingly.

How to choose the size of your mt500 mattress
This model is available in L and XL version. The difference between the 2 sizes on the length (180 cm for the L; 195 Cm for the XL) and width (52 cm for size L; 60 cm for the XL).To choose the mattress that best suits you, you must consider your stature, but not just that. Your preference and/or your preference for space around your shoulders should also be considered. So, even if you are 1.75 cm, you will prefer the XL!

The R-Value is a measure of the thermal insulation.
