Very practical hat to take everywhere, can be put in your pocket.
I recommend purchasing it.
I had to wear this hat during an excursion where it was raining and I really liked the waterproofing. On the other hand, it is difficult to bring in the suitcases because you cannot fold or roll it without deforming the outline which returns to its shape more difficult.

Used on rainy days on a 280 km online hike, enjoyed having this hat at my disposal
ideal for hiking in the rain does not bother the view no deformation in heavy rain fits well on the head not yet tested for the sun but super happy with my purchases
I was going to do the Camino de Santiago and I wanted a sun hat, a bit of a joke. What was my surprise that it was the most useful of the entire Camino. For the sun it was fine, but for the rain it was GREAT! When I wore the raincoat, there was heat and humidity inside the hood and it was horrible, but with the hat it was wonderful, you didn't have that feeling of being overwhelmed and it repelled water incredibly! The truth is that after that I have barely used it again, but I have always felt that it was a great purchase.

This hat will protect you from a 4.7” rain shower for 2 hours, or 60 L of water per hour and per square meter: quite a downpour!
