I bought it for my son who did the Camino de Santiago and it turned out perfect because it kept him dry as well as his backpack, and he came back intact, very resistant, and it folds up and can be stored without taking up much space.
Low quality pressure. The waterproofing is correct, long sleeve with elastic tightening would be a plus.. but the price not the same I suppose…. Too bad

Very good for hiking use
I don't like kawaii so for me it's perfect. Of course the arms get a little wet but that suits me. Plus the upper thighs are better protected from runoff and capillary action. Ideal with a backpack. Great that it's openable. When it gets stuck somewhere it opens instead of tearing. Plus it can be used as a small tarp. The only downside is that I find the hood a little small.

Bought to take as a spare in case it rains when I go on vacation, I haven't used them much, but they cover well, you can try them on and then they come stored in their little bag, perfect for their function
It's good, waterproof and robust, but it's not for heavy rains(as water seeps in after sometime from everywhere) and windy weather also coz it's too loose so it just comes in your way and face.

Practical, but the rain eventually passes after a while. It will at least have the merit of providing a minimum of protection.

this garment has been validated in a shower test under 4.8'' of rain for 2 hours. This test reproduces the average conditions of a rain shower in the mountains.
Component breathability
Our range of rain ponchos and capes does not have breathable waterproof membranes. We therefore recommend this product when you walk at a gentle relaxed pace rather than a fast hike, in order to reduce sweating!
Component water resistance
A fabric is water repellent when it allows water slide over its surface without seeping in. This prevents the fabric from soaking up water and keeps it lightweight, warm and breathable. The water repellent property is achieved by treating the fabric's exterior. This treatment needs to be renewed throughout the lifetime of the garment (every 3 washes).All the Forclaz ponchos and capes have a water repellent treatment.
Storage instructions
Make sure it is completely dry before folding and storing in its storage bag for long periods.
