It's not expensive. It can be rolled up and takes up space, but it's light and easy to carry. It's a bit thin.

A good sleeping mat with an elastic band
As a sleeping mat, it is easy to maul on the trail, you have to be used to a hard blanket but it weighs nothing and there is always some insulation. The aluminum layer is well pressed, there is no smell of plastic.
