This new model is very disappointing. Formed too rounded. Too high. And the cherry on the cake: deflates very quickly. Limit request for refund. It is very damaging for a product that was my favorite with the old model.
It was a very good decision for me. It's small, compact in size, but because of the cover it's very comfortable, not creaky while sleeping.

The cushion is very comfortable, it doesn't take up much space or add much weight, which is good. The only drawback I would put on it is that it is not easy to fold into its bag.

The pillow takes up little space when folded. Of course, there are even more compact pillows that fold flat, but their comfort is far from the MT500 model. The pillow is covered with a soft cover, which additionally increases the comfort of use. It is best to sleep on it when it is not 100% inflated, a slight air gap naturally positions the head. Great product!
Impossible to sleep on it for me, too uncomfortable, but that's personal. Very small and easy to carry though.

How to optimise your pillow comfort?
It’s better not to over-inflate your pillow so it can adapt to your neck.To do this, just adjust the air pressure inside the balloon but lightly pressing the red valve.
How to repair a leak on your pillow?
An inflatable pillow is not puncture-proof but it can be repaired!When using it, take every care when installing and handling it. In the event of a problem, we recommend using self-adhesive repair patches (ref: 8584596).
Storage instructions
Wash separately. The pouch is machine washable according to instructions. Inflatable pocket: water cleaning. Dry well.
