How would this jacket be for golf Forclaz Men's 3-in-1 Waterproof Travel Backpacking Jacket or do you suggest a different jacket?
Answer:
It depends on the weather you are playing in. This is a very warm jacket so I would only recommend it for golf if you are playing in cold and rainy conditions. Our MH900 Lightweight Windproof Jacket is a light windbreaker that would work well if it isn't super cold, or any of our lighter fleeces.

This is now my second jacket. I wore the first one for almost 10 years in all weather conditions. It kept out the wind and rain and kept me warm in the winter. Slight wear and tear made me go back to this jacket.
Very warm and waterproof jacket. Used several times in the rain and I remained dry and satisfied. The pockets are easy to access and very comfortable. The buttons on the inside of the wrist are a bit annoying

I used this coat for almost 5 years and I just bought the same model again. The fact that it is 3 in 1 is great because it adapts to all seasons. Its price is on average higher than other models but its versatility allows you to buy only this jacket. Indeed, no need to buy a warm and waterproof down jacket for the winter, a waterproof and light down jacket, so its price is largely primed. It should be noted that it is modular whether it is used in the city or for sports. The drawbacks are the hydrophobic coating deteriorates over time, and for my part the zipper has given way. It protects quite well from the cold in general but this may be just for skiing or other.

I have a hard time putting it on and taking it off because it's double layered.

Waterproof jacket
Comfortable and warm for elders to wear
3 in 1? It only has two layers, tried with a t-shirt and fleece underneath and it keeps you warm enough even at 0 degrees
Unfortunately, they have to be washed more often, thus the impregnation suffers. Otherwise fine and serves the purpose. Supr is a detachable sweatshirt.

I had to have this jacket taken back, big size problem between the 2XL which would be a bit too much for me and just in sleeve length and the 3XL which for the time being in which I floated happily. Another small criticism would be for the removable lining which would deserve a bit more padding and puffiness (also for the down and feather version). Too bad!

3-in-1 concept for adapting to every situation
With its “3-in-1” system, the jacket is ideal for cold conditions (down to -10°C) as well as hot weather trips, as you can leave the inner layer at home, taking only the rain coat. You can also wear the inner fleece on its own as a mid-layer over a T-shirt. With just one jacket, you therefore get 3 options!
Sizing information
Standard cut. Inner volume lets you wear a second technical layer underneath, such as a microfleece top.
Adjustment
The hood is adjustable in height and depth thanks to an elastic drawcord. The storm-type hood is very enveloping and equipped with a preformed visor for maximum face protection.The bottom of the jacket is adjustable thanks to an elastic cord.The cuffs are adjustable using the rip-tabs.
Pocket system
2 hand pockets + 2 chest pockets. All pockets feature waterproof zips.2 zipped pockets on the inner jacket.
Removable padded jacket
The inner padded jacket is easy and quick to remove, thanks to a zip system. It can be worn alone and has 2 hand pockets, as well as a secure inside pocket.
