Hi! How do I remove stays of this backpack?

Question:

Is the fit - the suspension - adjustable? I'm 6-2

Answer:

We're happy to inform you that the torso length of the backpack is indeed adjustable to accommodate different body sizes, including yours at 6'2". To ensure a comfortable fit, it's essential to measure your torso length accurately. This measurement is the distance between your 7th vertebra (the prominent bone at the base of your neck) and your ilium (the top of your hip bones). Our backpack's adjustable torso length ranges from a minimum of 39 cm (15 inches) to a maximum of 51 cm (20 inches). Additionally, the waistband of the backpack is also adjustable to provide a snug fit around your waist. The waistband adjustment ranges from a minimum of 79 cm (31 inches) to a maximum of 136 cm (54 inches). Furthermore, the back panel of the backpack is adjustable with a release strap, making it easy and quick to customize the fit according to your preferences and body size. For the most comfortable and personalized fit, we recommend measuring your torso length and waist size using the provided guidelines before making your selection.

Fantastic backpack, used in the summer to go on a 150km trek divided into 7 days. I had doubts and thought that it would be so capacious, but maximum comfort and I never really felt the backpack as something annoying. Fantastic fit, very well designed night compartment. Excellent value for money. IF you are looking for a trekking backpack without spending a fortune buy this and you won't regret it

Good bag for my bivouacs.

For me, the compromise between lightness, easy access to things - numerous pockets and comfort. The adjustment is simple and effective. And I like the tight mesh back. Too bad for the choice of colors which are not really to my taste. I would have preferred to have the choice between several colors.

Excellent bag ! Stitching and materials are all great! Personally would liked it if the shoulder straps are bit more comfortable. Would love to see other colour options

BACKPACK

The essential and ideal bag for hiking over several days, it is light but has a large capacity.

Very good bag

Bag that has accompanied me for over a year on treks, bivouacs, trips... It has enough capacity for people who want to bivouac without ultra light equipment. The mesh back does not seem to have deteriorated with use. The only small downside is the size of some clips which are a little small, so you have to position them very well to be able to clip them.

Alright

comfortable to wear and easy to adjust.

Roomy and sturdy backpack, with enough space to fit everything you need for a backpacking trip. Convenient compartments to divide the contents, spacious extendable upper part and well-positioned straps to block everything. Water bottle holder to be reviewed as it tends to make the water bottle fall from below. Furthermore, the backpack is very difficult to clean as the structure is not removable (as is the case for other models) and therefore cannot be put in the washing machine or washed by hand. Since traveling with a backpack these tend to get quite dirty I think that in the design phase more care could have been put on this aspect.

Heavy, Not ideal for women

The bag is made of good material, but it is heavy. I am used to carrying a heavy backpack but this makes you feel uncomfortable. You can barely load anything before you feel like you are carrying a tonne of bricks.

50+10 liter bag

Very useful, very easy to organize your bag. Lightweight and easy to carry. Also very aesthetic

Weight

3.7 lbs. All inclusive.Weight of the removable rain cover 3.5 oz.

Air design

As with the MT900 UL line, the MT500 AIR range has a ventilated back structure with mesh fabric (net fabric) that helps the back to breathe and dries quickly. Rigidity is guaranteed by a reinforced frame. The back is adjustable with a release strap that’s easy and quick to use.

Materials

Polyamide main fabric 210D RS (Ripstop = increased resistance to tears), reinforced bag base (420Dx330D RS)

Recommended carry weight

According to the project for which this backpack was designed, we recommend you don’t load it above 33 lbs. Then you can benefit from all its features. Moreover, it’s not recommended to carry a load greater than 20-25% of your own weight and put too much pressure on your back.

How to pack a backpack?

Put your bedding at the bottom. Put heavy gear (tent, camp stove, food) near your back. Store your clothing around it. A groundsheet or tent can be placed under the flap or under the bag if there isn't room inside. Keep your waterproof jacket and fleece to hand. Place small items for daily use (sun cream, map, glasses etc.) in the pockets. The water bladder can be placed in the compartment provided down the back.

How to use the multi-use straps?

The new range of MT500 AIR and MT900 UL bags has two straps with open aluminum buckles (on the lower part of the bag). These straps let you hook on a tent or mattress under the bag or on the barrel. If not in use, these straps can be stored (by pushing them inside) in the hidden pocket intended for this or detached and used elsewhere with the lark's head knot buckle.
