Bought as a lightweight layer for late Autumn, early Spring (not for skiing) We do a lot of hill walking so in the cooler months it's good to team it with an ultralight waterproof shell. Gives good level of warmth without being stifling. Low price makes it very appealing. The top also crosses over well with jeans or chinos, with a padded gilet over the top. Fit is close (which I prefer. I bought a size LARGE. I'm 5ft 10in tall (177cm), weigh 13stone and have a 42inch chest.

Love these have a handful of them to wear great for chilly days on their own and on very cold days with a t shirt under a warm jacked they work wonders shocking how easy they dry and don’t hold moisture it would be great if they were slightly longer

Didn't expect it to perform as good as it does. Have washed twice and hasn't shrunk, works great as a base layer for running in the cold and wicks sweat very well.
My partner bought me one of these last year, and it's so warm, well-fitting and comfortable that I bought another to take skiing with me this year. There's not much more to say about it... It's a perfectly functional piece of clothing that Decathlon provide for a great price. It's now a staple in my wardrobe, and a garment that I really enjoy wearing. Great job Decathlon - thanks.
Sleeves are a bit too short but otherwise pretty good, I got large and I'm 6'1"

What type of fit is the bl100 ski base layer?
The BL 100 thermal base layer has a REGULAR cut.It is a classic straight cut that adapts to all body shapes.
What are the benefits of polyester?
Polyester is the most-used fibre for base garments because it is relatively inexpensive and offers excellent performance in various respects, and especially because the fibres can be knitted to obtain a very lightweight and durable fabric. It actively absorbs moisture but does not dry particularly well when wet.
How to dress to stay warm on the slopes?
All you need is 3 technical layers to stay warm on the ski slopes. Layer 1 or second skin, to stay dry. Layer 2 or an insulating layer, to keep the heat in. Layer 3 or a protective layer, to protect against bad weather.
