Lightweight, breathable, and very comfortable to wear. Used in the evening and at night while trekking to stay warm. I definitely recommend it.

Excellent product just what I was looking for for my mountain excursions in the cold season
I hiked to Annapurna Base Camp with this shirt and wore it for nine days straight. The odor control was absolutely top-notch; it didn't smell at all, and the warmth was also fantastic!
A very light and comfortable T-shirt. Merino wool is warm, doesn't itch, and the color is beautiful. Merino wool products tend to be more expensive, but they're good buys.
For my needs, perfect for limiting bad odors but perhaps not warm enough.

We never take it off. Very good odor management. Just be careful when washing to put it in a net and dry it flat.

How have we made our merino wool t-shirts more durable?
We have used a BETA-SPUN yarn structure in which the polyamide threads coat the Merino wool fibres. This protects them from rubbing and cuts without affecting their properties.
Odour control
The components used reduce bad odours. Laboratory tested according to ISO 17299-3This means you can carry less clothing when trekking!
Reducing the freezing effect
After any physical effort that involves a lot of perspiration, wool helps to preserve the body temperature while synthetic fabrics cause the temperature to drop faster. The unpleasant cooling or Inchfreezing effect Inch is therefore reduced by the merino wool.

How to wash your t-shirt made with merino wool?
We recommend that you machine wash your merino wool t-shirt at 30° on a normal cycle, preferably with liquid detergent . Dry flat. Product testing
The Trek 500 Zip T-shirt was tested by 9 users in the Massif des Bauges in October 2019. These testers, who are independent of Decathlon, were supported by our design teams: Maïté, our product engineer, Mélanie, our designer and myself, the product manager.For 5 days, we tested this T-shirt together in cold, snowy conditions, with some fine days of walking and a number of nights in a bed-and-breakfast or bivouac.We used this test to validate the product in use.
