Great mountaineering bag! Better features than big-brand packs that cost twice as much. Simond FTW

Great evolution of the Alpinism 33, top-notch bindings and adjustments

Great backpack for hiking for up to 3 days. Once the adjustments are made, the bag no longer moves and you hardly feel it. To be seen this winter on ski touring outings.

good evolution of the 33L

Excellent bag! Plenty of pockets and storage space, all in a lightweight, compact, and modular bag. Absolutely unbeatable value for money compared to other mountaineering brands. The yellow color is very attractive; we'll see how it holds up over time.

Excellent mountain bag, very good Simond quality at an affordable price!

Very practical for ski touring for a day or a weekend. Also used for multi-pitch climbing.

excellent value for money, very practical, it has nothing to envy from competing brands

Very good bag, but (big but)

The bag is very practical to use, but there are two major drawbacks that make me not recommend it: the Velcro that closes the front pocket is wide, so the closing force is very good, but it pulls on the seam every time you open the pocket (torn after 3 months of use). Second drawback: I find the helmet holder impractical. I was used to the net on the old 30L model, and I find this net much less easy to use. The front flask holder, on the other hand, is very well thought out and useful.

good product but with volumes that are not very usable

Excellent backpack for mountaineering and ski mountaineering, very comfortable and functional but with volumes that are not very usable, the pocket of the hydration bag is placed in such a position that, once filled, it prevents you from inserting anything into the backpack, the probe bag could have been placed in the shovel case which is rather small (the Wedze shovel fits with difficulty) 3 could also have a hole or a pocket for the handle. it lacks some more predisposition for some attachment on the backpack to hang bivouac or climbing material and a DWR treatment or a waterproof case (I know it is a backpack for mountaineering and not for trekking but it does not hold anything at all in terms of rain)

Very good, lightweight and fantastically fitting backpack. The only thing that's a bit tedious is fiddling with the lid, but otherwise it's great.

Solid

icon-circle-checkmark verified purchase

Very solid and compact mountain backpack - what I liked the most were the cleverly thought-out systems for attaching the ice axe and the rest of the gear. A nice option for attaching a helmet to the back of the backpack or at the top.
