Got for a trip on the Camino Was easy to put on and covered back pack as well ,kept me dry in showers
This hyking poncho is not very good for hyking unless its not reaining
Kept me dry and comfortable in the pouring rain during the Belgian Grand Prix. Would have been absolutely miserable without it.

Lightweight and easy to use
Very effective poncho. Used it during tropical rains and I stayed nice and dry.
An absolute must for mountain hikes. I stayed dry after an hour in a downpour. The raincoat dried quickly. It's not a bad idea to combine it with waterproof trousers, otherwise the water can run into the shoes.
Still not sure
Excellent. Used for a couple of days in really heavy rain, during mountaineering and hour-long hikes. Extremely light, easy to put on, takes up almost no space in the backpack when folded. Result - dry clothes and me. Recommendations to everyone.

The fit is suitable for hikers between: - 5 feet 1.2 inches and 5 feet 1.8 inches in height for size S/M- 5 feet 1.9 inches and 6 feet 2.8 inches in height for size L/XLThe hood is tightened with a drawstring and a rip-tab at the back.

Waterproofing of the garment
this garment has been validated in a shower test under 4.8'' of rain for 2 hours. This test reproduces the average conditions of a rain shower in the mountains.
Component breathability
Our range of rain ponchos and capes does not have breathable waterproof membranes. We therefore recommend this product when you walk at a gentle relaxed pace rather than a fast hike, in order to reduce sweating!
Component water resistance
A fabric is water repellent when it allows water slide over its surface without seeping in. This prevents the fabric from soaking up water and keeps it lightweight, warm and breathable. The water repellent property is achieved by treating the fabric's exterior. This treatment needs to be renewed throughout the lifetime of the garment (every 3 washes).All the Forclaz ponchos and capes have a water repellent treatment.
Storage instructions
Make sure it is completely dry before folding and storing in its storage bag for long periods.
