I made an unfortunate decision to purchase this back pack (30L version) whilst on a stopover in Singapore as going to NZ walking holiday. It is truly the most uncomfortable backpack I have had and regret my decision not to stick with buying a Deuter backpack which had lasted me many years and was so comfortable. Just make sure if you do choose these packs to try it around the home first with weight in and do not wait until you are on a hike.
Quality is definitely related to price.

Too bad there is no rain protection bag.Glasses pouch not practical, too far back and lacking firmness/stability.
Excellent product. And it's truly waterproof!I have 1 drawback: it only has 1 compartment, so I have to stack everything I want to take with me on the trip on top of each other. And if I need what's at the bottom, I have to unpack it.Nevertheless, maximum, so 5*.

Which water pouch?
There is a compartment in the bag to place a water bladder (there is also a hole to let the tube out).The water bladder is not included in this rucksack, but you can buy a 1, 2 or 3 litre one in store.
How to adjust your backpack?
We recommend hand-washing your rucksack. Use soapy, lukewarm water, possibly with a brush, focusing on the areas in contact with the body (shoulder straps, back, waist belt), where you have perspired. This is the best way for the fabric properties to be maintained, in particular the waterproofness. Then rinse well with lukewarm water, dry in a dry place away from direct sunlight (no radiator). Store in a dry place.
