It doesn't put a strain on my spine even when it's packed, whether I use it on foot or while cycling.

I love this bag! Good for everyday use or if you want to go on a hike. Plenty of compartments and space to put your necessities. Love the chest and waist clips as it provides additional support to my back when the bag is heavy.
