If there was a valve on this bag to push the air out, this would be a very good bag. Unfortunately, that one detail is missing. Shame ...
You can fit more laundry in the sausage than you would expect. The waterproof closures are unbreakable. Because it can be loaded from both sides, you can find your things more quickly.
The pictures show that the bag is hanging on the handlebar. The package arrived without any mounting. The cost of mounting is another 200
An air purge valve has been added.
So, hats off! I am now a fan of Decathlon bikepacking products. I am more than satisfied with this product.
Very robust, waterproof and also great value for money. The only drawback, which you know in advance, is that it takes up a bit of space because it opens on both sides. One opening would have been enough for me, as there is also a valve to let out the pleasure.
I rode a Transalp in May and had the bags tied to my luggage rack once on each side. Nothing wobbled, everything was dry and the material was great, and rolling them up worked perfectly. Highly recommended.
The diameter of the unpacked bag is approx. 17 cm. If we assume the length of the unpacked bag is 60 cm, it will be approximately 14 liters, i.e. in accordance with the parameters provided by the manufacturer. Construction: strong, seemingly very wear-resistant material, waterproof. Loops for attachment (in my case, I attach it to the rack). Rolling up the clasp on both sides (quite stiff, sticks out a bit when rolled up). Adjustable size. The Quechua MH-100 tent enters boldly. Yesterday I packed a hammock + mosquito net (Ticket to the Moon), a stove with a cartridge of 100+ dishes, a rain poncho, food and there was still room. Overall: great bag. It would be even better if it had an air valve to make it easier to compress the whole thing when packing
It fits a 2-person tent and nothing more, but it was enough for my needs, the bag could be a bit shorter but wider, overall I am very happy with the purchase
Missing a valve to properly compress things. Apart from that, nothing to complain about once you understand the closure and strap passage system.
It was good value for money
Unfortunately the vent valve is missing and this does not allow you to compact the backpack perfectly.
