expensive doesn't work
I was a tad skeptical in the beginning as it looked really thin. But sleeping in the several time proved insanely comfortable. I took it for summer and autumn adventures the same and I didn't feel cold at all sleeping on it.
Got this for a festival that I was travelling to by coach and wanted to pack as light as possible. This did me proud and was just as comfortable as a regular airbed.
This worked really well for me. Bought on recommendation, and left it weighted for 5 days and all good. Compared against several products at major outdoors store and still felt right. Material is a very flexible and not 'hard' material that will easily break. It fully supported my 94kg during a few overnighters on a cycling trip. Impressed with such good quality for £45.
Amazing mat, available in differing lengths. Cheap, compact, robust and very comfortable. I use it wild/canoe camping and hiking, and I weigh 100kgs and am a side sleeper. It has never touched the ground. It is a summer and budget mat, and for all of that it is excellent, and I thoroughly recommend it. A superb "bang for your buck".
Used it with a thin mattress on top and I still woke up with a sore back. Probably better for the younger crowd perhaps but I didn’t think it was great.
used just once, threw out of tarp due to horrendous noise and possibly the most uncomfortable sleep ever, I actually git more comfort from sleeping on the bare ground, adjustment is pointless, either too much or not enough air. if I had the receipt I would attempt to return, I won't even give this one away it's that bad,,,, DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT.
Beautiful small mattress but flipping expensive for what it is- and difficult to get into the little bag
My first impressions are that it's a small pack size. Almost fits in your pocket, which rather appeals to me as I like to travel light. It's a nice colour and texture (I got the yellow one) and has a nice valve. It only takes a dozen puffs to blow it up. I had a problem with it going down in the night. Have sent it back.
very lightweight and small package to transport , easy to inflate and once up it's so comfortable for a sidesleeper like me . it's a summer mat, but paired with a foil backed roll mat I was warm as anything .
It's easy to blow it up and put it down again. But it's so cold to sleep on it in autumn and winter. I guess only good for summer time. Good job I have warmer one otherwise this would be a gig waste of money.
Bought it to replace the roll type mat and what an improvement. Very small pack and easy to inflate and very comfortable to use
Bought an Xl as I'm 6'5" (197cm) and it was quite wide even for a 2 man tent single occupied. It is comfortable and packs up neatly and quite light. However after 2 trips (10 - 15) uses it has punctured with normal use inside a tent, never been on the ground. So overall wouldn't recommend unless your really careful/gentil with it.
Holds air amazingly. Comfortable nights sleep even in colder weather. Inflates and deflates easily. All I would say is the very bottom needs grip pads too to ensure the bed has no room to slip.
I bought this for some bike packing trips. It packs down small, it's light and is easy to inflate after a long day cycling. It's nice and comfortable to sleep on and even good for side sleepers (like me). Insulation wise it's hard to say so far as it's not been too cold when I've been out on it. That said, it's definitely recommended so far.

How to choose the size of your mt500 mattress
This model is available in L and XL version. The difference between the 2 sizes on the length (180 cm for the L; 195 Cm for the XL) and width (52 cm for size L; 60 cm for the XL).To choose the mattress that best suits you, you must consider your stature, but not just that. Your preference and/or your preference for space around your shoulders should also be considered. So, even if you are 1.75 cm, you will prefer the XL!
Tips for sleeping well on your mattress
Once you are lying down, remember to adjust the inflation pressure of the mattress by slightly pressing the IN valve (open cap). A mattress that is too hard is often synonymous with discomfort.Silicone patches on the top of the mattress are designed to reduce the sliding of your sleeping bag on the mattress.
How to easily fold the mt500 air mattress?
The easiest way to fold your mattress without damaging it is to fold it in four lengthwise, then roll it up.
How to repair a leak on your mt500 air mattress?
An inflatable mattress is not puncture-proof but it can be repaired! When using it, take every care when installing and handling it. In the event of a problem, we recommend using self-adhesive repair patches (ref: 8584596).For more information, copy the following link into your browser:https://www.forclaz.co.uk
What is the r-value?

It measures the ability of a mattress to retain or prevent heat from escaping from a warm body (human body) to a cold floor. The higher the R-Value, the better the insulation of the mattress. Please note that the R-Values can be added; this means that you can use two mattresses and add their R-Values.All our mattresses are tested to standard ASTM F3340-18.
What r-value for what use?
R-value from 0 to 1.9: Hot season (summer) onlyR-value from 2 to 3: Use over 3 seasons (spring/summer/autumn)R-Value from 3 to 6: Use over 4 seasonsR-Value > 6: Use in all 4 seasons and in extreme conditions (glacier, far north and high altitudes)
