I use it for sports, walking and also for everyday use. The merino does its job: no smell, absorption of perspiration without ever having the feeling of humidity.
Well fitting shirt. Provides sufficient warmth while walking.

Good as undershirt for cold areas, otherwise can be used as T Shirt as well.
Excellent!! Since I bought it I can't take it off because it is so comfortable and pleasant to wear. Fabulous odor control. I just bought a second one so I can alternate it during the wash. As with other merino wool garments, often just leaving it out to air out limits the need to wash it.

Soft and comfortable
I am a close follower and user of Decathlon and it is one of the products I like the most that I have bought so far. It is a bit thin but it is wool, it does not smell, its appearance and elegance, lightness, keeping warm are my favorite features. I bought it for a bit cheaper, I think it was around 800 TL and I wondered if it was expensive at the time but it is definitely worth it, I have used it many times, washed it, I even wore it while riding my bike and playing basketball. It is both healthy and elegant product. Buy one, get a good product.
Perfect for outings in Canada!
Used as a thermal T-shirt under a synthetic T-shirt... and therefore also as a barrier against odors! Perfect for this use, much more flexible/stretchy than the TRAVEL 500 long-sleeved merino T-shirt purchased previously. A little more expensive but worth it (cost?)
Very good product, very comfortable to wear and really effectively limits sweat odors. However, in the space of a year it goes from 35 to 45 euros. almost 30 percent increase. That's a lot (much more than the level of inflation)! In addition, I would have appreciated having it in a slightly shorter version. With my 1.65m, the cut is really too long (like most Decathlon clothes made for model sizes).

Odour control
The component limits perspiration odours. This Merino wool t-shirt can therefore be worn several days in a row and means you can take less clothes when trekking making for a lighter backpack!
Reduction of the freezing effect
When you make a physical effort and sweat heavily, the merino wool easily traps the insulating warm air and can absorb up to 35% of its weight in moisture without making you feel damp, which is appreciable in cool weather. In hot, dry weather, the evaporation of the water in the wool absorbs energy, which cools the body slightly at the same time.
Tip before use
For a softer feel, wash your t-shirt before first use.
How to wash your t-shirt made with merino wool?
We recommend that you machine wash your MT500 MERINO wool T-shirt at 30°C on a normal cycle, preferably with liquid detergent. Dry flat and NEVER tumble dry unless you want it to shrink by one or two sizes!For more information: https://support.decathlon.co.uk/how-to-maintain-a-merino-wool-garment
Product testing
In November 2018, 8 trekkers (4 men and 4 women) and part of the Forclaz design team tested this T-shirt for four days in the Southern French Alps (Lus La Croix Haute). You can expect wind, rain, a bit of snow, a bivouac... and a lot of fun! We were then able to make the final modifications and validate it for mountain trekking use.
