Perfect for running in the summer, support without tightening the waist too much

Feel comfy when jogging
The underpants/bottom layer are a little short for me and ride up (the size above might have been more suitable but before a race, it's difficult to realize this point). but the waist tightening is great, good comfort. just a small pocket, know before you buy.
