A handy lightweight jacket which proved just right to keep the chill off while jogging in January and, unlike a jumper, the zip front allowed me to adjust as I warmed up. The inside mesh and outside zipped pockets were small so I wasn't tempted to over fill them but each of them was big enough to store a light hat, or pair of gloves, or florescent armbands.

I bought this to wear indoors as a simple fleece to have on the back of my chair in the office. Running lower temperatures these days for heating and keeping it off during the day means it can be a little cool. This fleece is ideal and doing the job nicely. I do find it a little small though but just wearing it over a shirt is OK. Nicely made and great value.

These fleece are very light , flexible , breathable and warmth to wear. They very comfortably however my only concern is there is not enough colours and sizes in store.

How can the fleece jacket insulate?
The fleece fabric is thick and brushed to provide an insulating barrier that traps air. Body heat is therefore preserved. This fabric has been tested in the laboratory for a comfort temperature ranging from 7°C to 10°C without an additional jacket.
How is thermal comfort measured?
The thermal resistance test shows the loss of heat between the body and the outside, indicating the insulating properties of the product. It can be carried out on the fabric via a probe or on a garment with thermal models in extreme conditions, thus measuring the retention of body heat.
Why a breathable fleece?
Our fleece jacket made from breathable fabric keeps you comfortable while actively wicking away perspiration. So even during sustained effort, you will stay dry. The full-length zip also allows you to ventilate when temperatures increase.

How to care for the fleece jacket
To machine wash your fleece without damaging it, choose a 30° synthetic textile programme. Put it inside out and check that all pockets are closed. Don't exceed a 1000 rpm spin speed to protect the fabric. Do not tumble dry.
