Great racing shorts with a top insert. The cut is more racing than loose. Cool material, pleasant to the touch and with a small number of seams, which has a positive effect on the comfort of wearing
First thing: I don't understand why Decathlon advises what foam density is appropriate for a given average ride time, and practically none of the products have this information about density... The description mentions comfort for up to 7 hours - some kind of misunderstanding, because on 2-3 hour distances (let's say 50 km uphill) I ride much more comfortably in pants that (except from Decathlon) have a foam density of 60. If this parameter doesn't mean anything, then why bother, but if it does matter, then provide it! The pants themselves are comfortable, but the price is crazy and if it weren't for the coupons, I would never have bought them.
1.70m / 65kg - size M It falls further down the thighs than other brands, tan line closer to the knee :-( Elastic interface skin, good However, the straps compress my trapezius muscles too much, they are clearly not long enough I'll have to cut them and sew pieces of fabric to lengthen them, unless Decathlon offers it?!
Disappointed, does not stay in place at the thighs. I compared to be sure the leg length on the home trainer with the official road cycling shorts - Decathlon AG2R La Mondiale at 99.99 euros purchased at Decathlon, the difference in leg length is +/- 3.5 cm ... In addition, the RCR R4 rides up even more on the thighs when wearing leg warmers ... I should point out that I have both shorts, both in size M. However, I recommend the official road cycling shorts - Decathlon AG2R La Mondiale, they are really great.

IT IS WELL WORTH THE BIG BRANDS
Amazing value to performance. I was originally unsure on the sizing because of the previous iteration of this product was quite small. Because of that I sized up to a large. I usually buy a medium, I’m 180 cm and 80 kg and like a snug fit. The large fit good the elastics on the leg grips very well. For me of medium would give better fit as it’s my typical sizing and I like to keep the shammy snug in place.
The overall performance is good and it is worth buying. Although the price is not cheap, everyone can afford it.

Received quickly. The product's fit and quality seem to be good. We'll see how it works.
I wanted it in black to match all the jerseys, but it came back covered in advertising in various colors. It's not fair to be offered something black and sheer, only to get a patchwork of colors.
The appearance is good to match with the cycling clothes, the material is very elastic and breathable, the trouser pad is comfortable and can be used for long-distance riding, and it is super PRO when matched with the Van Rysel cycling clothes!

I tested the bib shorts on several rides, up to a maximum of about 4 hours. The fabric is very thin, therefore very elastic, yielding and equally not very robust, so it is definitely suitable for summer temperatures. The size is correct and does not tend to move while pedaling, but it does form numerous wrinkles around the groin and inner thigh. The pad does not seem particularly suitable for long rides but the perception is obviously very subjective; I have many pads of the same brand and this one is the least comfortable, considering also that it is new. The breathable perforated fabric that wraps around the abdominal band had holes after the second use, an indication of the poor mechanical resistance of the garment.
