Easy to use and transport. Doubled as a seat cushion on long hikes, but used mainly as a Sleeping Mat under my Sleeping Pad. Did an excellent job on my back country camping trips in Ontario.

OK I've literally just had it but have tested it on loads of bags of frozen veg. I've had tons of foam mats, military, nemo, multimat, exped to name a few and can already tell this is going to be my go to mat. It's one of the warmest, comfy, slightly wider without being ott and I prefer the folded dimensions and colour. Exceptional value and brilliant service from this site. Thank You guys.

Bought this sleeping mat as I forgot mine on a trip and went past a decathlon. Now it's pretty much my main sleeping mat Good weight Comfortable enough (never had a bad nights sleep) Good price

Thermal properties and warmth
Sleep on the aluminized side, facing the sleeping bag with the foam side on the ground to minimize the loss of body heat. R-Value 2.5 (measured by EMPA, an independent laboratory). The R-Value is a measure of the thermal performance and insulation. The higher the R-Value, the more the mattress insulates you from the cold ground. An R-Value of 5.9 means a minimum temperature of use of approximately -11°F. 0.7 is equivalent to a temperature rating of +52°F.

The R-Value is not a standard, each manufacturer can use their own criteria. A standardization process is currently underway.
Comfortable postural support
For a foam mattress, this mattress offers a greater level of comfort thanks to its design and the depth given to the foam by the mold. This specific design allows for 0.8" mattress thickness, giving home comfort and real postural support.
