Had one of these for over six years…it’s currently touring New Zealand with my daughter so I have bought a new one so I can join her!
This, this bag was a game changer. Organisation Station was 100% go with this. Holds all of our kit for camping adventures, makes packing and unpacking an absolute breeze. 11/10.
Very flexible and useful bag for travel with good size and ergonomics
Have used this on various trips as a supplement to the backpack,it has stood up well. When filling to capacity ,the weight can be considerable,but so far no issues.
Had the bag for 2.5 years and the stitching has failed on the shoulder strap
Have bought two of these used them for a month long trip in it's extended version, loaded with 23Kg each, and I'm very pleased with the quality of this duffel bag. Made of a strong yet lightweight material allowing to fill it with all your equipment. It survived two flights and various trips (loading and unloading) in transportation. The useful handles found on all sides of the bag are very strong as well as the useful backpack straps for the option to carry it on a back. On top of all it is waterproof which is a big plus. When not in use it is folded into a small bag that comes with it and occupies approximately 40x30x10cm.
Brilliant
It is 1 big bag, which is what I needed. A couple of small pockets but that's it. I'm a first aid trainer who carries manikins on public transport, I used to use a large rucksack but a lot of its 120L are pockets I didn't need. That's what makes this so good 80/120L, depending on zip configuration and I have it in 80L mode! Amazing, been looking for this for years. You can carry on your back like a rucksack, also a requirement for me
No rigid back support doesn't go well on a rucksack. Material will make you sweat on your back, but seems to be waterproof so far. The expansion looks good, but watch the weight once fully opened up.
Tough and versatile
Good storage, 80 litre and can expand to 120 litre. Carry handles on both ends, on both sides and a double set on top. Shoulder straps fit well and are comfy so far, not tried it fully expanded yet. Only flaw I would say is the material top, its water resistant/proof fabric lays on your back as you wear it, hot weather and your back will be soaked very quick. Other than that well recommended.
Very practical bag for school camping trip. Expands to hold loads of kit and, being waterproof, it keeps contents dry. Backpack style straps make it easy to carry. Would recommend.
Perfectly foldable and lightweight.
We already have a second bag like this. The first model has been in use for several years. The advantage is that it can be worn as a backpack and thanks to its waterproofness, things in it do not get wet. Thanks to the zipper, its volume can also be increased. We use it most often for us as a leader at a children's camp and also on a boat.

“extend” system
This duffle bag comes with our “Extend” system so you can vary the bag's volume. It's a system of straps that free up extra space when loosened. Conversely, it also compresses the bag to reduce it to its minimum volume (40 L for this one).
How is bag volume measured?
The volume of each backpack is measured using a standard method: we use small balls to fill the main compartment as well as each pocket. We then empty the balls into a graduated container, which provides the equivalent volume in litres.
Technical tests
We complete laboratory tests to certify components: fabrics, buckles, straps, foam, zips... for example, for a fabric: resistance to abrasion and tearing, colour-fastness in UV light, resistance to washing, waterproofing, etc.A test is then conducted on the finished product replicating the accelerated demands on the bag over the years to check the strength of the assembly.
