Foldable hat with vents and sun protection. The brim isn't too wide and it folds down into your bag without damage.
The hat is available in different sizes, so ensured a good fit. It is comfortable to wear and offers good sun protection. The strap ensures that it stays attached even in blustery conditions. I bought the purple one for my wife and it's a good colour.
This hat is awesome, made a change from the normal baseball caps I normally wear and protects my neck from the sun also. Winner!
This hat is light, comfortable and provides excellent sun protection. I have had skin cancer so am very careful in the sun and always researching good UV protection. I feel safe wearing this hat and more confident to enjot the outdoors on a sunny day. Excellent value for money too🙂

The visor is a little soft but it's big with a rubber band for the head and a strap when you're not wearing it.

a successful product
I have normally used Forclaz's thin and perforated hats for years. I don't know any other hats in the summer, I bought them for everyone in my family. but this product has become my preferred product for very sunny summer places. Size M fits perfectly, size L was a bit big but if you fasten it with a string it won't come off in the wind. Maybe even size L in the summer so it doesn't get tight. The color is great, there were other options like beige-purple-black.
practical on a bike because it holds with its cord, practical it fits in your bag or pocket, it is light!

What criteria must a cap meet in order to qualify as ”uv-protective”?
UV protection standards for hats are very specific: The fabric must of course be anti-UV (UPF index greater than 50), but this is not enough to claim the finished product is anti-UV. The hat must also have a wide brim and flap which fully protects the face and the back of the neck. The Trek 500 hat meets these requirements so you can go hiking with complete peace of mind: you are perfectly protected!
Why is polyamide “more resistant”?
Polyamide offers excellent abrasion and tear resistance. Moreover, microorganisms and mould don’t trouble the synthetic fibre!
How do you measure a fabric's quick drying capacity?
The product is machine washed 3 times then line dried, then we immerse it in water and measure how long it takes to get back to its pre-wash weight.This hat scored an impressive 5 out of 5 stars, returning to its pre-washed weight in less than 80 minutes!
