These trousers are great, very comfortable and very easy to zip off quickly without undoing boots
I have found that Forclaz womens trousers and shorts fit me well, so when needing a pair of zip-offs, I (of course) looked to Decathlon to find some. Thankfully these Forclaz navy blue ones were available in my size. They are synthetic which means they are light but when it gets very hot, become a bit "sweaty". That said, the full knee to ankle zip makes converting to shorts very easy. Also the shorts are a decent length (I really hate when zip offs have a really short, short - which is uncomfortable for walking). All in all a good product which fits nicely (I'm quite an athletic build) and offers a good balance of quality & value. Oh and being navy blue, its a great colour choice - no more beige !!! I recommend.
These trousers are ace! The material is strong but light and feels nice, and the side zips on the lower legs means you can change from trousers to shorts without removing your boots - 10/10!
I bought these for a touring/trekking holiday around Costa Rica and they did the biz. In the humid conditions in the rainforest with the leg attachments they were cool enough and in the towns and at the beach the shorts were light and didn’t make you feel really sweaty. I prefer my shorts/trousers a bit looser and these were perfect for me. They had plenty of pockets with zips you could keep things like your moby phone safe. Also, because the zips zipped downwards, they didn’t scratch your hands when diving into the pockets. Overall, a great piece of kit.

Great pants, very practical. When it's too hot, you can simply unzip the pants, you don't even have to take off your shoes - and you've got shorts right away.

Very nice model, but it's a shame there's no choice of colors. It's also a shame that the store only sells size 40.

Trousers designed with 2 different components: - a durable fabric (207 g/m2) on the areas that need protection from abrasion (seat, bottom of the leg at the front). This fabric also has stretch properties. This gives you plenty of freedom of movement. - a light and breathable fabric (150 g/m2) on the rest of the trousers.

Hand pocket opening direction
We have deliberately designed the sealing direction of the hand pockets as downwards.As such, the zip's slider does not irritate you when you tighten the waist belt of your backpack, and your things stay very safe in your pockets!
What is the water repellent feature of the component?
These trousers have water-repellent zones(lower leg at the front & seat)that prevent water from getting inside the fabric. Please note, this does not mean WATERPROOF.The water-repellent property slows down water penetration and prevents the trousers from getting wet too fast. It won't keep you dry under steady rain. To keep you dry, you need to add a pair of over-trousers(ref 8504646). Water-repellent properties can be reactivated by tumble drying the trousers for 10 mins on a low temperature.
