Lightweight and comfortable

Although it has a rain cover that can be put on, I would have liked it more if it were waterproof

Too bad there isn’t…

Too bad there are no small pockets (side?) that close

The backpack is light and easy to carry. It could have more pockets with zippers. Good purchase. I recommend.

He's great but...

It's great but the exterior pockets are not secure

Great bag but shame about the one size

I didn't realize it in the store but due to its one size, the bag sits awkwardly on the hips. As a result, the abdominal strap completely loses its interest. I regret this purchase.

Flexible marigold water bag

Nice backpack unfortunately sewing problem to be able to pass the hose of the water bag.

This backpack, which I bought in the women's version, gray in colour, because black for a backpack really isn't, seems to have been designed for via ferratas / mountaineering 7 challenging scrambling routes etc. (including a nice helmet holder). I've used it for a year and in my opinion it has a few things that weren't designed well: The side pockets are too small and don't hold two water bottles well, not even half a liter. The pockets should be a little deeper so as to hold two water bottles well. The main thing missing and which would make it a perfect backpack for long alpine crossings are 2 flask holders in the shoulder straps. Useless things supplied with the backpack: - the water bag which is questionable and which many (me) don't use. - the backpack cover which, like everyone else, is not useful for saving from a downpour. In conclusion, my opinion is unfortunately insufficient. It's a shame because with two flask holders, two slightly larger side pockets and a padding system on the back, they would make it a perfect backpack for long journeys.

10-year guarantee

The guarantee covers any backpack faults, except those caused by normal wear and tear and improper use. This special 10-year warranty will only be granted upon presentation of the receipt and the product, and if the product is covered by warranty, it will be repaired or exchanged, free of charge. This commercial guarantee does not affect any statutory guarantees that are applicable in the country/state of purchase.

We take care over abrasion resistance to make your bag durable. The heavy clothing R&D department, a Quechua partner for the research and validation of its components and assemblies, performs tests (on components, seams and the finished product) simulating the ageing of backpacks. Their results allow us to guarantee the bags tested for 10 years from the purchase date shown on the receipt.

Because when you hike, you must wear your equipment, we think about lightness. Here at Quechua, we design our products in such a way that they are always lighter and guarantee great freedom of movement.

Product design: our expertise

Our Quechua global design centre is based in Passy, at the foot of Mont-Blanc in Haute Savoie. This location makes it a real meeting place for our teams (designers, product managers, engineers, etc) and outdoor sports enthusiasts. A great asset for designing your mountain walking products and providing you with all our expertise.

How to care for and wash a rucksack?

We recommend hand-washing your rucksack. Use soapy, lukewarm water, possibly with a brush, focusing on the areas in contact with the body (shoulder straps, back, waist belt), where you have perspired. This is the best way for the fabric properties to be maintained, in particular the waterproofness. Then rinse well with lukewarm water, dry in a dry place away from direct sunlight (no radiator). Store in a dry place.

How do i adjust my backpack?

1 - Loosen all the straps (straps, hip belt, load adjuster straps). 2 - Put the backpack on. 3 - As this bag is small in volume, put the belt around the waist and tighten it. 4 -Tighten the shoulder straps. 5 - Adjust the load adjuster straps as needed

Hand luggage

When you are travelling by plane, the authorized hand luggage size is 55x35x25cm3 maximum (warning, this can vary depending on the airline). This backpack can therefore be used as cabin baggage

Product testing

To meet your requirements, Quechua products are tested in the mountains in conditions you will encounter during your hikes. Our teams, as well as a tester panel (made up of partners, ambassadors and customers), test products throughout their development until they go to market.

Storage instructions

Store in a dark, dry, well-ventilated place.
