Hi, this tent will not fit inside the 2 second tent. Additionally, we do not recommend using a tent inside another tent. All Quechua tents are validated in a laboratory for waterproofness (whole tent under 200 L/m²/h for 4 hours), as well as in the field. (2,000 mm PU-coated polyester fly sheet, 4.2 oz/m² polyethylene groundsheet, all seams sealed using thermobonded tape). A breathable polyester bedroom under the flysheet means you aren't in contact with the condensation that forms naturally on the inside of the flysheet.

This tent does not have an extension cord feature, but you can either run an extension cord through the front door, or check out our blackout version which has an air vent that would work well as an extension cord flap. You can find it on our website by searching the model code: 8736832

Before 16 months ago I have brought 3 person tent for 2999 rs. Quality is excellent. I have spent 24 camping nights in Himachal in this tent. And experience all weather. No problem in heavy rain for all night. It's waterproof. No problem in heavy snowfall, hailstorm, thunder storm. Really a valuable for money.
Good
Although it is a 3-seater, we stayed there for 4 (2 adults, 1 teenager, 1 child) with hiking bags without any problems. Purchased for a bivouac of a few days in the mountains, it is however very heavy and cumbersome to transport. But the price is unbeatable for the quality. Can be assembled/disassembled in a few minutes but always tested before first use.
No storage pockets. Otherwise it was useful even in rainy weather. Very easy to use, assembly and disassembly.
Tent is very good especially in heavy rains. Even a single drop of water cannot penetrate the tent. It has very good resistance against strong wind. The only downside of this tent is its weight.

Pitching/folding
Classic dome structure: Fit the poles on the inner tent, then attach the flysheet over it. Reverse the process to unpitch.If it is windy, it is advisable to attach the guy ropes that are provided in the tent bag.
Mattress compatibility
We recommend you use the tent with the self-inflating or backpacking mattress measuring 25.6Inch maximum. We do not recommend the use of inflating mattresses over 2.4Inch thick in this tent due to the reduction in living space and resistance to condensation.
Ventilation
1 high air vent at the back. Correctly position the lateral tent pegs to maintain a space between the flysheet and the ground all around the tent. The good air circulation between the bedroom and the flysheet will limit the natural phenomenon of condensation.
Waterproofing
All Quechua tents are validated in a laboratory (whole tent under 200 L/m²/h for 4 hours), as well as in the field. Wind resistance
We test all our tents in a wind tunnel on a turntable to expose each side of the tent to the wind. A properly pitched tent with all guy ropes fitted around the tent must remain habitable in wind speeds up to 25 mph near the ground (Force 5).

Storage: After use or cleaning, do not store your tent until it is perfectly dry to prevent odors and mold from forming.
