Deflates over time
The mat is very compact, enough for a couple of nights
Just an ordinary inflatable and very compact mini mat, in combination with a small tarpaulin and a fleece blanket or a light sleeping bag, for example as a necessary light rescue element not only for the bike in case of shipwreck. The mat is not the most suitable for tall figures, average and especially smaller ones can lie down on the mat in peace or just stretch their backs so that they don't get cold or suffer on uneven terrain with their feet touching the ground. The big advantage is when the mat is packed, the disadvantage is the more limited dimensions when inflated, for more sleeping and when it is possible to carry an extra three blankets, I usually recommend the long version, on the contrary, when space and weight are a problem, there is no competition, despite the fact that this type of mat is not to the cold, damp ground where it gets cold faster.
Alright. Weight and volume
Great size / comfort ratio
Super light and comfortable material
I love this camping mat - compact, light and comfortable - perfect for motorbike trips. It takes up hardly any room which is great. Always get a comfortable night sleep - losing the bottom third of the length of a tradition mattress is genius - don't need it. The space and weight savings are great.
Efficient and light. Can be a little difficult to return to its initial volume to be properly stored in its bag. Light and discreet in the backpack. It protects the essential.
Bought for a holiday for our son. Immediately drain slowly. Looking for something different on vacation. Too bad because it seems like a nice compact air mattress. TIP: Before you go on holiday, check whether it is not leaking. Even though it's new.
I sleep on my back with a pillow on top of the mattress and my feet on the top pocket of my backpack resting on a survival blanket (so my feet don't touch the ground and stay at the same height as the rest of my body). This "short" mattress system suits me perfectly and it saves a little weight. I don't feel like I've lost any comfort compared to my experiences on longer mattresses. Be careful to place something insulating under your feet if your nights outside are at low temperatures!
Tiptop, Small size even for adults sufficient to leave light and not bulky Correct weight/price ratio. It's sure there are bigger and lighter with a big insulation but at 270€.... Suits me very well for the summer and mid-season
not satisfied I want to be reimbursed on this product after returning it
The size corresponds perfectly to what I expected, upper body to the buttocks on the mattress. For better insulation from the cold I place a survival blanket between the ground and my tent and that's enough (bivouac up to 2400). I've been using it for 3 years now and I'm lucky to have never had a flat tire.
Very good mattress, quite comfortable thanks to its ability to adjust the internal pressure. I slept two nights for bivouac use under the stars at the top of 3000 and on the ridge in the alpi. The 1.5 insulation is average. I felt that the cold was not far away but for its easy-to-carry size for mountaineering in ultra light, it more than does the trick. Especially for the price compared to its competitors. Ideal only for the summer season. Its solidity on the ground remains to be seen over time.
Super value for money with a very light weight 345g with this carrying case on my scale. not marked in the description but in the carrying case there is a small emergency patch at the top until the end of the decathlon

Volume and folded size

What is the r-value?
The R-Value is a measure of the thermal insulation. It measures the ability of a mattress to retain or prevent heat from escaping from a warm body (human body) to a cold floor. The higher the R-Value, the better the insulation of the mattress. Please note that the R-Values can be added; this means that you can use 2 mattresses and add their R-Values.All of our mattresses are tested according to the ASTM F3340-18 standard.
What r-value for what use?
R-value from 0 to 1.9: Hot season (summer) onlyR-value from 2 to 3: 2 or 3-season (spring-summer-fall)R-value from 3 to 4: 4-seasonR-value of 4.5 and higher: Use in all 4 seasons and in extreme conditions (glacier, far north, and high altitudes)
Little tips for sleeping properly on your mattress
Once it is laid out, remember to adjust the inflation pressure of the mattress by lightly pressing the in valve (cap open). A mattress that is too hard often causes discomfort. There are silicone patches on the top of the mattress to stop your sleeping bag from sliding across the mattress.
Additional sustainable development information
Textile dyeing requires a lot of water but also produces waste water from the dye baths. To reduce the environmental impact of this model, we chose to use a dyeing process called ”bi-ton” which involves dyeing 1 out of every 2 yarns. This dyed yarn is also made from a bulk dyeing process which incorporates the color pigments from the yarn manufacturing phase onward. This process reduces the CO2 emissions of this product.
How to fix a leak on your mattress
An inflatable mattress is not puncture-proof but it can be repaired! When using it, take every care when installing and handling it. In the event of a problem, we recommend using self-adhesive repair patches (ref: 8584596).For more information, copy the following link into your browser:https://www.forclaz.co.uk
Product testing
All our mattresses are subjected to mechanical tests to assess their performance and durability and ensure you enjoy a good night's sleep and an excellent recovery. We also carry out numerous field tests in real-life conditions.
Storage instructions
In order to improve the durability and reliability of your product, store it laid out flat with the valve open in a dry place away from extreme temperatures.
