Is it possible to attach mudfangs to this model of the bike?
Answer:
Yes - A company called SKS makes some narrow removable fenders that will work for this bike.

Is this compatible with a Shimano Sora 2x9 groupset? What about a Shimano 105 2x11? If they work, what would I have to replace on the bike?
Answer:
Aside from the tradional 7 piece group set you would also need to replace the Bottom Bracket and Cranks, but you should be able to do it.

Unfortunately, that information is not readily avialable at this time, but I would assume a large would work for rider 5'9'' to 6'' and 6'1'' and over should consider and Xl (which is not in stock)

Fun starter bike, simple gear with 7 speeds, easy to change on the fly, no fussing around. Reminds me of the old 10 speeds I grew up with, but soooo much better! I enjoy riding through my neighborhood and along paved bike path. Getting back into cycling after more than 30 years, this confirmed I want to do more. Great value for money. When I want to go onto gravel paths, probably in a couple of years, I'll consider getting a second one as this is not for gravel.
Great bike overall. The best bike under $400 hands down. No bike comes close for the price. I put over 600 km on this bike this summer. My wheels have gone on the bike but for the money and lasting 600 km + for $400 is amazing value. This bike was able to withstand trips up to 83km at a time with ease. With upgraded tires this bike could last me a long time. I plan to upgrade however, as I used this bike to test out the sport of cycling and I fell in love. Thank you Decathlon, Triban, and Shimano. I wish I could still ride but since the wheels have worn out I will have to wait until next summer. I will most likely purchase a more expensive bike from this website again.
Great product for the price. It rides smooth and is perfect as an entry bike. I'm not looking to get into cycling as a hobby, just as a tool to get fit and this has been perfect.
Let me say firstly this is my first road bike. However it has been great thus far. I covered about 200km on it within 4 weeks. No complains. I also did inside pickup so a tech built my bike. He made sure I was good to go. This is a good first bike in my opinion.
Crank broke within a month of purchasing and Decathlon doesn't have any cranks in the country to fix it, or find a solution. If you're looking for something to last, I would spend your money elsewhere. Extremely disappointed with this bike.
I really regret my purchase, we bought two bikes like this and there are always some things broken. I love riding, but we have had the bike for a year and a half and it is a nightmare

The only thing I regret is the handle bars. My favorite thing is how light it is.

Great bike for beginner cyclists, even better price! Smooth ride, good handling, super lightweight and fast! Drop handle bars make for a nice sporty ride, but wish the gear shifter was closer to the brake pedals. I bought this bike with shipping fully expecting it arrive in a couple weeks and would have to watch a few videos on how to assemble it, but to my shock, it came the next day fully assembled and hand delivered right to my door! Overall great experience with Decathlon and great bike! Will definitely buy another Triban with more experience under my belt.
Frame size too large needed to get a smaller one, gear range in sufficient even for moderate hills, gear box location is difficult when it's not directly on the handles.
I've owned this bike since September last year. Since then, I've used it only for indoor training, as the lovely Canadian winter wouldn't let me ride outdoors. For that use, it was amazing. It 95% assembled right out of the box, all I had to do was put the pedals on, the handle bar, and it was good to go. The bike is easy to adjust, rides comfortably and the gears, although simple cassette, it shifts smooth as it should. About 2 weeks ago I started to take this baby outdoors and my initial impression was matched. It rides great on the pavement as well as on gravel roads. Its lightweight allows for a fantastic ride any day. I am happy with my purchase and will buy it again for my wife and daughters, once they become more serious about biking.
My first gravel bike, light weight aNx enjoyable to ride. Just wished the seats could be adjusted without tools.
