Product Customer Reviews
Good bike with good value for money compared to the competition. However, two black points on my experience. The first: from the first outings where the seat post went down by itself despite my featherweight of 65kg because the post was too greased when assembling and delivering the item (Too much grease in the tube) The second: after about 1000km, the front wheel bearing that takes play and the wheel that "jumps" and vibrates abnormally with each rotation. In this case, it is important to note that it is a shame to send the complete bike 2 weeks to the regional workshop only for a wheel bearing. In view of the mobilization time and the quality of the workshop service which could be improved, I sincerely think that if the guarantee had not been effective, I would have gone to a bicycle dealer. Picking up a bike with a loose steering and a misaligned stem is not very professional and leaves a rather anxious feeling about the treatment of the material in the workshop or in the delivery services. Apart from all that, I recommend this bike after 1000km of use
Ordered and picked up in store, problems were identified on the front brake resulting in a delivery suspension. From the first outing, very high-pitched whistling sounds are emitted by the brake when braking despite the recommended jerky braking. Not sure that the braking is optimal at the front.
Bought mainly to participate in medium and long distance triathlons as well as for big outings with elevation gain, this bike is really impressive for its comfort, agility and responsiveness. In 2 weeks, I was able to test it in the mountains. The performance is really excellent but like some other users, I would have preferred a cassette in 11/34 rather than 11/28, especially for chaining passes. At 90€ for the new cassette I will wait a little before replacing it. Note, this bike is supposed to be used for endurance practice but its geometry and behavior can destine it for cycle races. The only negative point is its assembly. The middle gears make a lot of noise and I will have to take the bike back to the store to have it adjusted correctly.
Bike with very good components. Super-adjusted weight. Decathlon's set-up is almost non-existent, I test that the rear derailleur goes up and down and that's it. They don't even test raising the chainring, combining sprockets, or adjusting the tension of the gear. A biomechanical study is not intended, but a minimum of height and proximity of saddle and handlebar height should be given. It must be the only establishment with a physical store that doesn't do this.
Excellent quality and value for money bike. The red dirt looks good.
cool
unbeatable value for money good overall result for the moment having traveled 2500 km only problem the nut ring of the rear wheel tightening rod which was loosening. problems resolved by me because I went to the decathlon workshops twice without success
While participating in a triathlon this weekend, my rear wheel lost grip on the wet pavement and the bike laid on its side. I cushioned the fall with my buttocks, elbow and wrist and the components are intact (coaster, gear lever, right pedal, chainring and derailleur) but my shin hit the crossbar of the frame (I had to 'elsewhere a beautiful pigeon egg and a notch) and the carbon frame split! The paint has blown off and when I put my hands on this part I feel a crack working with the fear that the frame will break cleanly in two. I am therefore very surprised by this fragility and plan to go to Btwin Village to inform the teams about it.
very good bike
Very pleasant bike offering excellent performance. The stem is a little long for me, I'm going to see about changing it. Only flaw, the chain is too short I will have to go to the store to have it noticed and changed. It's a shame that such a beautiful bike was poorly assembled on this point!
Waited for a very long time, out of stock, release carried out with rhythm.
The bike keeps what it promises, very snappy and reactive, no strange noises or squeaks, normal weight that can easily be improved with lighter components. I replaced some parts due to my personal preferences (saddle, 28 tyres, handlebar stem 1 cm longer), impeccable factory settings, returned to the packaging and personally assembled without problems. If you're not interested in extreme competitiveness, I definitely recommend it.
Has exceeded my expectations in every way. All you need as an amateur.
Perfect
I purchased the bike in December, I feel very comfortable, comfortable and responsive, excellent value for money. The weight declared on the site corresponds to the real weight. For the price and how it is assembled, excellent value for money. From December to today I have ridden 3000km and the bike works great both on the plains and in the mountains even if its forte is the hills. It's stiff enough and holds its line well when going downhill. I would make the purchase again with my eyes closed. Only upgrade done I got a pair of medium profile carbon wheels and the bike flies!
