Decathlon Btwin 42-44 Tooth Crankset Guard

Good morning. The product seems perfect when looking at it, but this is not the case. That is, the screws to fix it unthread immediately and there is no other way to fix it!!! Advice: the central part would be better modified with an iron piece with relative screws. Unfortunately the piece I bought ended up in plastic recycling

Looked like it should fit, but the plastic insert into the crankshaft is to big. Btwin should have included a couple different diameters or even better, a common adjustable/expanding insert... Looks like approx 25%+ of purchasers had fit problems - so much for the "fits 90%."

Inventory problem. I ordered and paid for the cache pédalier on Sunday July 23 At the Villeneuve-d'Ascq store, the next day around 10 a.m. I called this store which assured me that it had received my order and that it would be available in the day because the truck was not unloaded. At noon I received an email informing me that my order was canceled and that the equipment was unavailable and that I will be refunded. On the site of this store there was a room available as well as on the site between village a room available and finally three knew the deposit of Lompret? After multiple phone calls I managed to reserve the equipment and I went to pick it up on Tuesday 25th at the Englos store. I installed it on my bike in five minutes no problem for assembly. This product looks very solid to see in the long term. (beautiful invention Which saved me the change of my crankset) Please make an improvement on the holding of your stocks this will save us from calling the stores disturb your technicians.

Bought last week at CNIT la Défense: yet not bad in bicycle mechanics, I didn't understand how to mount it. This evening I'm going to the article on the site -> I see on the photo adapter nuts which are housed in the crank. I understand better except that...these are not sold with the housing (or else mine was faulty). thank you to customer service for giving me an answer so that I can correct the comment; my ticket is registered with my customer account.
