Our History
Decathlon was founded in 1976 but it wasn't until 2007 when the first range specifically for yoga appeared. In 2016, yoga's surge in popularity pushed us to dedicate a specialized team to the sport. That team is Domyos. Since then, the team has grown from 5 to 15 people in order to deliver more eco-designed products adapted to all different kinds of yoga.

Our team has two missions: the development team composed of designers, stylists, engineers, and product managers work every day to develop products that meet the technical needs of yoga and the environmental needs of the planet. We test all of our yoga products in our labs with our brand ambassadors and our customers to ensure that they help you do yoga in comfort and security. The rest of the team concentrates on the accessibility of our products and services to yogis around the world.
We're not just passionate about yoga; to us, yoga is a way of life. Our teammates practice all different kinds of yoga, but each one of us is determined to make the whole world enjoy enjoy the benefits of yoga both on and off the mat!
