I have owned several boards, and this one is by far my favorite! I thought I loved the previous model of the Itiwitt touring board, until I received this one. Itiwitt has improved the touring board *drastically*! It is faster, lighter, more rigid, more durable, and pumps up faster. Not to mention, the extremely elegant and sophisticated design! If you are on the fence on which company to purchase a board or gear from, I cannot suggest Decathlon enough! Decathlon's customer service and 2 year warranty guarantee on this board is simply phenomenal. They were happy to answer any questions I had both prior to and after my purchase. When my previous board got punctured, they got me in touch with the SF decathlon board repair shop for some free repair tips and knowledge. When there was a defect with the previous board, the warranty completely covered it. Simply the best customer service I have worked with. Thanks again to the team at decathlon for your assistance :) Five+ stars all around!

This ITIWIT X500 Touring board is my 5th isup. I own an 11' all-around isup, a 12'6" touring isup and 2 "budget" 14' race isups. This board has nearly the stability of my 12'6" x 30" board, with speed that actually may exceed my 14" x 28" boards. The fit and finish are incredible. It's a beautiful looking board. It is unbelievably smooth on the water. The pintail design reduces drag and facilitates the transfer of paddle input power to forward motion. It doesn't have that "lag" I experience with my other boards. The 17 psi inflation pressure provides a nice stiff deck. It has very little flex compared to my other isups (even when inflated to the same pressure). I carry a lot of gear on my board so I really appreciate the front bungee system. It has more bungee than most boards and the "wings" that wrap around from the sides are great for holding smaller gear in that would usually slide out. If I had to name one complaint, it would be the leash attachment loop location. I wish it was about 6" farther back so that the entire deck pad was available for step-back turns. If you plant your rear foot right against the leash attachment point and shift your weight back, it will lift the front enough for a decent turn but a little more room to step back would be nice. Let's face it though, it's not a race board. You're probably not going to be doing too many bouy turns while out touring. Overall, an incredible product that feels and performs like a much more expensive board. I cannot recommend it enough.
This is an excellent inflatable SUP. Great value with all the refinements of some boards that are twice the price. Only minor gripe would be that with a pump costing around $50 from decathlon, adding that much to the price and including it shouldn’t put people off buying it but would make life simpler. All my local shops didn’t sell pumps separately.

The ideal board to go exploring alone and with my dog. High quality product! It is light, easy to inflate and once folded can be easily stored in a cupboard.
Such a great paddle board, fast and stable but with room for 'stuff', if you find that you aren't being rewarded with enough speed from the generic amazon SUPs being churned out, in comparison to the amount of effort you are putting in, then buy this!
i had a small leak to the 1st SUP. i bring back and received a well welcome and exchange the product easily. very good service and motivated people in Decathlon ! this product is good for leisure as i do. other, i do not know

Took the sup to Ubin from Pasir Ris and it is super stable and fast! The rope in front allows me to strap in my dry bags and water bottle!
I bought this board as a beginner after one lesson on two hard boards (12'6" and 14'). I haven't paddled any other boards or had another lesson. My review is limited to my experience of about 60 paddles on the sea. It is rated as intermediate but it is very forgiving and easy to learn on without any lessons. If you are a beginner and want a long board don't waste your money on a beginner's board. It loses about 1.5psi every two weeks, so remember to top it up if you are keeping it inflated between paddles. I have paddled it as low as 13.5psi and it was fine. The recommended 17psi is better. Deflating and taking it on a trip works well. It takes me about 17 minutes to unpack, inflate and organise my gear for a long paddle. This is a long board with a large volume, so it takes a bit longer than smaller boards to inflate. I looked into electric (DC) and battery powered pumps and decided it wasn't worth saving a few minutes and a bit of effort. The Itiwit manual pump is fine and just fits into the 20L Itiwit dry bag if you need to take it with you on the board (you need to remove the handle and plastic tube attached to it for it to fit). I do not recommend buying this board online. My board has a few annoying discoloured patches where for whatever reason the assembly has resulted in adhesive or other solvent on the surface of the board causing these imperfections. It is cosmetic only, but present from when I received the board. I suggest buying in-store after carefully examing the board first to avoid this. After about 40 paddles I also noticed a few discoloured areas that seem likely to be excess adhesive reacting with UV light or sea water or both. These also only seem to be cosmetic, some are drops and some along joins. I always wash the board with freash water after every paddle. Everything else about the board has been fine so far. The leash attachment point is perhaps a little too far forward for stepping back aggressively and maybe 31" wide is a bit too fat. Enjoy!

Je to můj první paddleboard, takže nemohu srovnávat, ale zatím naprostá spokojenost. Zatím vyzkoušeno jen na klidné hladině za bezvětří. Po hladině pěkně jede, nemám pocit, že se na vodu "lepí", dobře drží směr, připadá mi stabilní.
Das ist inzwischen mein xtes SUP, von 12.6 bis 14 Fuß. Ich bin ausgesprochen zufrieden nach den ersten Tagen: Es ist sehr stabil und leicht zu manövrieren, Turns sind mühelos auszuführen, sehr schnell und geradlinig zu fahren. Wird nach Starboard, Aqua Marina und Bluefin mein absolutes Lieblingsboard am See. Bin schon neugierig, wie es sich im Meer verhält.
Dank der orangenfarbenen Elementen am SUP ist dies gut sichtbar für andere Wasserteilnehmer
