Used together with the movable handle, it is convenient and the light weight can be used for small muscle groups.
Solid and not bulky, for the purchase of 2 discs a promotional offer would be welcome.

As they have a larger diameter than the 2 kg iron ones, I use them to protect the floor from the loaded dumbbell or bar, and it also makes it easier to add discs
